马克思市民社会理论与当代中国市民社会的构建

【摘要】：马克思市民社会理论有着丰厚的理论内涵与现实意义,它自诞生以来就以其科学性与实践性受到时代的检验,并随时代的发展而不断完善。马克思市民社会理论是在批判地吸收了前人优秀成果,特别是黑格尔市民社会理论中的合理内容而提出的科学理论,他立足唯物史观,充分分析了政治、经济与国家之间的内在关系,指出是市民社会决定国家,而不是国家决定市民社会,这就从根本上超越了西方传统的以黑格尔为中心的市民社会的理论范式。但马克思并未止步于此,他旨在建立一种符合人自由全面发展的市民社会,即共产主义社会。当代中国的发展需要市民社会,更需要在马克思市民社会理论的指导下建立具有中国特色的市民社会,这不仅是我国社会结构调整与转型发展的需要,同时也是马克思市民社会理论的内在精神在中国的实践与完善。本文主要分为三个部分：第一部分主要梳理了马克思市民社会理论的历史渊源,主要从近代西方市民社会的理论入手,经黑格尔市民社会理论,并在其批评的基础上分析了马克思的市民社会理论的确立。第二部分为马克思市民社会理论的整体概况,为本文的重点,从马克思市民社会理论的基本涵义、指导原则与主要内容三个方面展开论述,探讨了马克思市民社会理论的内在本质,揭示了马克思市民社会理论的科学性与实践性,从而为下文构建当代中国的市民社会做理论的准备。第三部分详尽论述了当代中国市民社会的构建思路。指出建构市民社会是当代中国社会转型时期的必经之路,分析了当代中国市民社会的存在形态与不足,最终,提出了当代中国市民社会完善的基本思路,这就从现实的角度为进一步发展与建设我国的市民社会指明道路和方向。
[Abstract]:Marx's civil society theory has rich theoretical connotation and practical significance. Since its birth, it has been tested by the times because of its scientific and practical nature, and has been constantly improved by the development of generations at any time. Marx's theory of civil society is a scientific theory that has critically absorbed the outstanding achievements of predecessors, especially the reasonable content of Hegel's theory of civil society. He has fully analyzed politics on the basis of historical materialism. The inherent relationship between economy and state points out that it is civil society that decides the state, not the state, which fundamentally transcends the traditional theoretical paradigm of Hegel's civil society. But Marx did not stop there, he aimed to establish a civil society, that is, communist society, which is in line with the free and all-round development of human beings. The development of contemporary China needs civil society, and it also needs to establish a civil society with Chinese characteristics under the guidance of Marx's theory of civil society. This is not only the need of the adjustment of social structure and the development of transformation and development in our country. It is also the practice and perfection of Marx's civil society theory in China. This paper is mainly divided into three parts: the first part mainly combs the historical origin of Marx's civil society theory, mainly from the modern western civil society theory, through Hegel's civil society theory, On the basis of his criticism, the author analyzes the establishment of Marx's civil society theory. The second part is the general situation of Marx's civil society theory, which is the focus of this paper, from the basic meaning, guiding principle and main content of Marx's civil society theory. This paper probes into the intrinsic essence of Marx's civil society theory, and reveals the scientific and practical nature of Marx's civil society theory, so as to prepare for the following construction of civil society in contemporary China. The third part discusses the construction of contemporary Chinese civil society in detail. This paper points out that the construction of civil society is the only way in the transition period of contemporary Chinese society, analyzes the existing forms and shortcomings of contemporary Chinese civil society, and finally puts forward the basic ideas of perfecting contemporary Chinese civil society. This shows the way and direction for the further development and construction of our civil society.
