从区域劣势囿限到区位优势重塑——对广西发展的制度经济学思考

【摘要】：区域是指政治、经济、历史、文化和社会等要素相近的地理单位,区位是指某一地理位置相对于其他尤其是相邻地理位置所具备的交通、资源、商业等要素特点和优势。广西存在着先天的区域劣势,囿限了广西经济社会发展的效率与质量,但广西拥有不少区位优势。正确认识并重新塑造广西的区位优势,对广西实现"十三五"良好开局,加快实现"两个建成"目标有着重要意义。
[Abstract]:Region is a geographical unit with similar elements such as politics, economy, history, culture and society. Location refers to the characteristics and advantages of transportation, resources, commerce and so on. Guangxi has a congenital regional disadvantage, which limits the efficiency and quality of Guangxi's economic and social development, but Guangxi has many regional advantages. It is of great significance for Guangxi to realize a good start to the 13th Five-Year Plan and accelerate the realization of the goal of "two completion" by correctly understanding and remolding the regional advantages of Guangxi.
