改革开放以来我国高中语文课程标准(教学大纲)发展研究

【摘要】:高中语文课程标准(教学大纲)是我国高中语文课程的基本纲领性文件,是我国对高中语文这门基础课程的基本规范和质量要求。一个新的语文课程标准(教学大纲)的颁布和实施,就意味着一次新的语文课程改革。从新中国成立到今天,高中语文课程标准(教学大纲)比较显著的变动可以说有八次。除了改革开放前颁布的1956年《高级中学文学教学大纲》和1963年的《全日制中学语文教学大纲(草案)》,改革开放以来的高中语文教学,到今天为止至少进行了六次比较大的改革。这六次课程改革可以说都取得了巨大的成就,对于中国高中语文教育的发展和高中语文教学质量的提升有着不可或缺的重要作用,并且对促进中国政治、经济、文化、教育等各个方面的长足发展做出了积极贡献。但是,中国高中语文教育的发展情况与时代发展的要求和肩负的历史重任之间还存在着很大的差距。因此,2002年国家教育部对原有的教学大纲进行了修订,在2003年颁布了《普通高中语文课程标准(实验)》,用“课程标准”取代“教学大纲”,并于2007年秋全面实施。新修订的语文课程标准较以前教学大纲有新的突破,这些突破无疑成为课程改革最引人注目的亮点。但是,国内将高中语文课程标准与改革开放以来的高中语文教学大纲进行分析比较的研究并不多,这说明人们对高中语文课程标准(教学大纲)的发展史并不是很关注。而事实上,有很多教学大纲在语文教育发展史上具有重要意义。历史上有很多值得我们学习和借鉴的东西,本文关注此问题可以说具有一定价值意义。 本研究从单一的对高中语文课程标准解读拓展到与我国改革开放以来颁布高中语文课程标准(教学大纲)进行比较研究,,在肯定高中语文课程标准成就的同时客观评价其不足之处,并提出一些建议。随着国家新一轮基础教育课程改革的不断深入,高中语文课程标准的研究前景将会十分广阔,只要本着总结反思过去的态度和放眼未来的精神,高中语文课程标准的研究就一定能够取得新的进展。回顾改革开放以来的高中语文课程标准(教学大纲)研究,有助于我们清理思绪,在一种整体观照的视野中审视既有研究的价值以及存在的问题,并给未来制定的高中语文课程标准提供一些借鉴和思考。
[Abstract]:High school Chinese curriculum standard (syllabus) is the basic programmatic document of high school Chinese curriculum in our country. It is the basic standard and quality requirement of the basic course of high school Chinese in our country. The promulgation and implementation of a new Chinese curriculum standard (syllabus) means a new Chinese curriculum reform. From the founding of New China to today, there have been eight significant changes in the curriculum standards of senior high school Chinese. In addition to the "Literary syllabus of Senior Middle School" promulgated before the reform and opening up and the "Full-time Middle School Chinese syllabus (draft)" issued in 1963, the teaching of Chinese in senior middle schools since the reform and opening up has been reformed at least six times so far. These six curriculum reforms can be said to have made great achievements, and they play an indispensable and important role in the development of Chinese language education in Chinese senior high schools and the improvement of the quality of Chinese teaching in senior high schools, as well as in promoting Chinese politics, economy and culture. Education and other aspects of the rapid development has made positive contributions. However, there is still a big gap between the development of Chinese language education in senior high school in China and the requirements of the development of the times and the historical responsibility. Therefore, in 2002, the Ministry of Education revised the original syllabus, promulgated the Chinese Curriculum Standard of General High School (experiment) in 2003, replaced the syllabus with "Curriculum Standard", and implemented it in the autumn of 2007. The newly revised Chinese curriculum standard has a new breakthrough compared with the previous syllabus, which undoubtedly becomes the most striking highlight of the curriculum reform. However, there are few studies on the analysis and comparison between the Chinese curriculum standard of senior high school and the syllabus of high school Chinese teaching since the reform and opening up, which indicates that people do not pay much attention to the history of the development of Chinese curriculum standard (syllabus) in senior high school. In fact, there are many syllabuses of great significance in the history of Chinese education. There are many things that we should learn and learn from in the history, this paper can be said to have certain value meaning to pay attention to this question. This study extends from a single interpretation of Chinese curriculum standards in senior high schools to a comparative study with the Chinese curriculum standards (syllabus) issued by China since the reform and opening up. While affirming the achievement of Chinese curriculum standard in senior high school, it objectively evaluates its shortcomings and puts forward some suggestions. With the deepening of the new round of national basic education curriculum reform, the research prospect of the Chinese curriculum standard in senior high school will be very broad, so long as in the spirit of summing up and reflecting on the past and looking to the future, The research of Chinese curriculum standard in senior high school will certainly make new progress. Reviewing the research on the curriculum standard (syllabus) in senior high school since the reform and opening up helps us to clear our mind and examine the value of the existing research and the existing problems in a holistic perspective. And provide some reference and thinking for the future Chinese curriculum standard of senior high school.
