【摘要】：决策,就是决定策略或办法,是人们在政治、经济、技术和日常生活中普遍存在的一种行为。决策是领导工作的起点,决策能力是领导能力的核心。决策能力强的一个标志,就是科学决策、符合实际。决策要有明确的目标,切忌无的放矢;要有担当的勇气,切忌当断不断;要有民主的作风,切忌个人专断;要有创新的精神,切忌因循守旧;要有战略的远见,切忌战略短视。
[Abstract]:Decision-making, which is the decision of strategy or method, is a common behavior of people in politics, economy, technology and daily life. Decision-making is the starting point of leadership, and decision-making ability is the core of leadership. A sign of strong ability to make decisions is scientific decision-making, which is in line with reality. Decision making must have clear goal, avoid aimless; must have the courage to bear, must not be determined constantly; must have the democratic style of work, must avoid the individual arbitrariness; must have the innovation spirit, must not follow the old times; must have the strategic foresight, must avoid the strategy shortsightedness.
