中国古代卫生防疫思想变迁的研究

【摘要】：疫病几千年来一直威胁者人类的生命健康,是对人类健康带来危害极大的一类疾病,自古人们便饱受疫病的折磨。为了生存,人们在生产实践中不断积累经验,探求有效的防疫措施。几千年的历史传承过程中,中国传统医学在应对疫病预防和治疗的过程中不仅维护着人们的健康,还积聚了很多宝贵的经验,其中蕴含的防疫思想体现了中国传统医学防疫方面的优势和特色。本文主要通过文献研究的方法,对古代防疫措施和防疫思想进行收集和整理,将古代理论与现代先进技术相结合,取其精华,力求弥补现代医学的不足,以更为全面的手段对疫病进行预防控制。对于防疫思想变迁规律的探寻,旨在理顺防疫思想的变迁史,并从中发掘影响其发展方向的因素,与现代社会环境相结合,创造更为适于防疫事业发展的环境。沿着人类对疫病认识的脉络,我们不难发现对疫病认识是由最初的鬼邪致疫,逐渐发展为“四时”、“六淫”致疫,到病原学思想“戾气说”不断深入的过程,而随着认识的提高形成了中国传统医学特有的防疫思想。防疫思想的变迁也是与自然环境和社会发展状况密不可分的,特别是与人类生活存在极其密切关系的政治、经济、科技水平、意识形态等因素会起到很强的能动效应作用。只有遵循人与自然和谐,在符合客观规律的前提下最大限度发挥人的主观能动性,创造适合医学发展进步的环境条件,才能形成适应时代发展的防疫观,减轻疫病的危害程度。
[Abstract]:Epidemic disease has been threatening the human life and health for thousands of years. It is a kind of disease that brings great harm to human health. People have suffered from epidemic disease since ancient times. In order to survive, people accumulate experience in production practice and seek effective prevention measures. In the course of thousands of years of historical transmission, Chinese traditional medicine has not only maintained people's health but also accumulated a lot of valuable experience in the prevention and treatment of epidemic diseases. The idea of epidemic prevention embodies the advantages and characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine in epidemic prevention. This article mainly through the literature research method, carries on the collection and the arrangement to the ancient epidemic prevention measure and the epidemic prevention thought, unifies the ancient theory with the modern advanced technology, takes its essence, strives to make up the modern medicine insufficiency, To prevent and control the epidemic by more comprehensive means. The purpose of exploring the law of epidemic prevention thought vicissitude is to straighten out the vicissitude history of epidemic prevention thought, explore the factors that influence its development direction, combine it with the modern social environment, and create a more suitable environment for the development of epidemic prevention cause. Along the course of human understanding of epidemic diseases, it is not difficult to find that the knowledge of epidemic diseases has gradually developed from "04:00" to "04:00" and "six lewdness" to the process of deepening the etiology thought of "hostility." And with the improvement of understanding, the idea of epidemic prevention is formed in Chinese traditional medicine. The change of epidemic prevention thought is closely related to the natural environment and social development, especially the political, economic, scientific and technological level and ideology, which are closely related to human life. Only by following the harmony between man and nature, giving full play to man's subjective initiative under the premise of objective law, and creating an environment suitable for the development and progress of medicine, can we form a view of epidemic prevention adapted to the development of the times and reduce the harm degree of epidemic disease.
