救生衣的设计研究

【摘要】：随着社会发展,出于政治、经济、军事、文化交流等活动的需要,人们在航海、航空领域的活动日益增加。由于天气、设备和人为各种因素造成的海上突发事件也随之不断增加,据统计沉船事故发生的比例呈逐年上升的趋势,进入21世纪以来,沉船事故的比例已高达42.60%且死亡率极高,其中发生在2015年6月1日的“东方之星”沉船事故死亡率达到了97.36%。为了保障海上作业人员以及乘船游客的生命安全,救生设备的设计研发工作至关重要。本文对近年来国内外发生的重大海难事故进行调查对比,寻找海难事故中乘船人员的死亡原因,对救生衣在海难事故中发挥的救生安全作用进行调查。从制作基本原理、用途、功能特点、分类、材料、使用环境以及穿戴方式等多方面对其进行调查,采用调查问卷、资料搜集等方式获得大量数据和信息,以分析和判断救生衣在满足使用者需求、功能性、安全性等方面存在的优势和不足,特别是在使用者的使用环境、年龄特点及功能拓展方面发现问题和不足,并对其问题进行展开分析了解使用者的活动状态。本文最后进行了有针对性的设计实践,虽然存在诸多不足,仅是为救生衣的设计提供一种新的思路和有益的尝试。
[Abstract]:With the development of society and the need of political, economic, military and cultural exchanges, people's activities in the field of navigation and aviation are increasing day by day. As a result of the weather, equipment and human factors, the number of marine emergencies has been increasing. According to statistics, the proportion of shipwreck accidents has been increasing year by year. Since the beginning of the 21st century, The proportion of shipwreck accidents is as high as 42.60% and the death rate is very high. The death rate of "Oriental Star" shipwreck accident occurred on June 1, 2015 has reached 97.36. In order to ensure the safety of marine operators and boat passengers, the design and development of life-saving equipment is very important. This paper investigates and compares the major maritime accidents at home and abroad in recent years, looks for the cause of death of the crew in the shipwrecks, and investigates the life-saving safety function of the lifejackets in the shipwrecks. From the basic principles, uses, functional characteristics, classification, materials, use environment and the way they wear and other aspects of its investigation, questionnaire, data collection and other ways to obtain a large amount of data and information, In order to analyze and judge the advantages and disadvantages of lifejackets in meeting the needs, functions and safety of users, especially in the use environment, age characteristics and functional expansion of users, the problems and shortcomings are found. And carries on the analysis to its question to understand the user's activity state. In the end, the paper carries on the targeted design practice, although there are many shortcomings, it is only to provide a new way of thinking and a beneficial attempt for the design of the lifejacket.
