HRTC建设咨询公司发展战略研究

【摘要】:近年来,随着国家在政策层面对咨询服务产业不断加大鼓励与扶持力度,我国的工程咨询业发展迅猛,从业的企业数量持续增长,造成行业内企业间竞争日趋加剧。为确保能在残酷的竞争中更好地生存,,全面分析行业状况,及时更新公司自身发展思路显得尤为必要。 论文着重以HRTC建设咨询公司为研究样本,理论分析联系实证分析,定性研究结合定量研究,积极采取案例研究,对公司进行全面研究分析。 论文从政治、经济、社会、技术等方面分析HRTC建设咨询公司所处的宏观环境,并用波特五力模型分析公司的行业环境;从人力、市场、技术等方面分析公司现有资源,从财务、营销、创新等方面分析公司自身能力,从培训、用人、奖惩等方面分析公司制度因素,以这“三个角度”将公司的内部环境予以立体且详细地分析。同时,设计了面向公司职员的调查问卷,通过数据整理分析为战略制定找到现实依据。通过对公司资源能力的优势、劣势进行分析,得出了企业核心竞争力分析结果。 本文研究认为,HRTC建设咨询公司应采取集中增长、一体化发展的组合战略模式,并从业务选择战略、市场竞争战略、品牌战略、战略联盟战略等四个方面规划了公司今后的发展道路。最后,在战略实施方面从市场开拓、品牌建设、组织结构、业务策略、业务流程、资源调整、企业文化建设等七个方面提出具体任务,并划分了实施阶段、明确了实施重点,努力保障公司发展战略顺利实施。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the increasing encouragement and support to the consulting service industry at the policy level, the engineering consulting industry in China has developed rapidly and the number of enterprises employed has continued to increase, resulting in the increasingly fierce competition among enterprises in the industry. In order to ensure a better survival in the cruel competition, it is particularly necessary to analyze the situation of the industry and update the company's own development ideas in time. This paper focuses on HRTC construction consulting company as a research sample, theoretical analysis combined with empirical analysis, qualitative research combined with quantitative research, actively take the case study, comprehensive research and analysis of the company. This paper analyzes the macro environment of HRTC construction consulting company from the aspects of politics, economy, society and technology, analyzes the industry environment of the company with Porter's five-force model, analyzes the existing resources of the company from the aspects of manpower, market, technology, etc. Marketing, innovation and other aspects of the analysis of the company's own ability, from the training, personnel, rewards and punishments and other aspects of the analysis of corporate system factors, with this "three angles" to the company's internal environment to be three-dimensional and detailed analysis. At the same time, the questionnaire for company staff is designed to find the realistic basis for strategy making through data collation and analysis. Through the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the company's resource ability, the analysis result of the enterprise's core competence is obtained. This paper thinks that HRTC construction consulting company should adopt the combination strategy mode of concentrated growth and integrated development, and choose the strategy of business, market competition strategy, brand strategy, etc. Strategic alliance strategy and other four aspects of the company's future development path. Finally, in the implementation of the strategy from the market development, brand building, organizational structure, business strategy, business processes, resource adjustment, corporate culture construction and other seven specific tasks, and divided the implementation phase, clear implementation focus, Strive to ensure the smooth implementation of the company's development strategy.
