进城农村劳动力生存状态评价及其影响因素研究

【摘要】：随着政治、经济改革的不断深入，农民工的规模也越来越大，他们已经成为城市社会建设和发展中不可缺少的力量，成为影响我国现代化、城市化进程的一个举足轻重的因素。近几年来，农民工生存状态备受社会关注，其社会问题也日益凸现。本文首先以我国农民工近4年的观测数据为基础对农民工的生活现状进行了剖析。然后将全国的进城农村劳动力作为调研对象，从进城农村劳动力的3种需求入手，选取30个指标建立进城农村劳动力生存状态的评价体系。在测度方法上，选择了实践性和客观性较强的模糊层次分析法。结合问卷调查研究评价了当前我国进城农村劳动力生存状态，并对不同年代的进城农村劳动力生存状态做评价对比分析。进一步运用多元logistic模型深入研究了影响进城农村劳动力生存状态的因素，根据调查和实证结果，总结出当前我国农村劳动力生存状态面临的主要问题：进城务工工作环境差，工作时间长，居住拥挤；社会保险认知度不高，参保比例不均；文化生活趋于边缘化；维权意识不强，维权方式单一；城市归属感不强等。在此基础上提出了一些政策建议：引导社会观念转变，积极推进农民市民化进程；规范企业用工，，健全城乡劳动力市场；完善社会保障体系，强化进城务工农民社保参与意识；构造良好的城市文化环境，为进城务工农民提供平等的发展平台；建立农民进城务工服务管理体系。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of political and economic reform, the scale of migrant workers has become more and more large. They have become an indispensable force in the construction and development of urban society and a decisive factor in the process of modernization and urbanization in China. In recent years, migrant workers' living conditions have been concerned by the society, and their social problems are increasingly prominent. Firstly, based on the observation data of recent four years, this paper analyzes the living conditions of migrant workers. Then taking the rural labor force of the whole country as the research object, starting with the three kinds of demands of the rural labor force in the city, 30 indexes are selected to establish the evaluation system of the survival state of the rural labor force in the city. In the measurement method, the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process with strong practicality and objectivity is chosen. Based on the questionnaire survey, this paper evaluates the living condition of the rural labor force in China, and makes a comparative analysis on the survival state of the rural labor force in different years. This paper further studies the factors that affect the living condition of rural labor force in cities by using multiple logistic model. According to the investigation and empirical results, it summarizes the main problems facing the rural labor force in our country: the poor working environment of migrant workers in cities. Long working hours, living crowded; social security awareness is not high, the proportion of insurance is uneven; cultural life tends to marginalize; rights awareness is not strong, the way of safeguarding rights is single; the sense of urban belonging is not strong. On this basis, some policy suggestions are put forward: to guide the transformation of social concept, to actively promote the process of peasant citizenship, to standardize the employment of enterprises, to perfect the labor market in urban and rural areas, to perfect the social security system, and to strengthen the social security participation consciousness of migrant workers in cities; Constructing a good urban cultural environment, providing an equal development platform for migrant workers, and establishing a service management system for migrant workers in cities.
