农村教育贫困问题及对策研究

【摘要】:加强农村教育是提高农村人力资本总含量,提高农村人口对政治、经济和文化参与能力,缩小城乡差距的根本途径,然而我国农村当前却普遍出现了教育贫困的现象。有鉴于此,文章从社会宏观环境、村庄中观环境、家庭微观环境三个角度对农村教育贫困产生的根源进行了剖析,进而针对性的提出改革社会教育体制、培育农村教育环境,改善家庭学习氛围三个农村教育反贫困措施,旨在提高农村教育水平,实现城乡经济的和谐发展。
[Abstract]:Strengthening rural education is the fundamental way to improve the total human capital content in rural areas, improve the rural population's participation in political, economic and cultural participation, and reduce the gap between urban and rural areas. However, the current phenomenon of educational poverty is common in the rural areas of our country. In view of this, the article from the social macro environment, the village middle view environment, and the family micro environment three angles. This paper analyzes the origin of rural education poverty, and then proposes to reform the social education system, cultivate the rural education environment and improve the three rural education anti poverty measures, aiming at improving the level of rural education and realizing the harmonious development of the urban and rural economy.
