【摘要】：随着经济全球化的日益深化，美元的霸权地位正在逐步弱化，同时新兴市场经济国家实力迅速上升，单一主权货币所主导的国际货币体系由于其内在的不稳定因素已经越来越不适应当今世界经济发展的要求。为改善目前全球货币体系的不稳定性和减少经济危机的破坏性、建立多元化国际货币体系已经成为大势所趋。近些年来,新兴经济体在在世界舞台上扮演的角色越来越重要，越来越积极的参与多边合作，谋求建设国际政治经济新秩序和改革国际货币体系，，在国际金融体系中的地位和作用不断提高。卢布国际化就是在这一背景下进行的。本文通过评述国际货币体系的现状以及存在的缺陷阐明卢布国际化的理论背景和现实意义；通过卢布国际化的宏观经济基础、主要的实施步骤、以及主要的制约因素对卢布国际化的结果作出评价；从而做出总结，阐述俄罗斯在金融领域的教训对人民币国际化的启示。
