北京农商银行发展战略研究

【摘要】:北京农商银行前身是北京农村信用合作社,自成立至今已有60余年历史,2005年10月改制以来,经营环境发生重大变化,面临新的机遇和挑战。在竞争日益激烈的金融市场环境下,国有银行,全国股份制商业银行及外资银行不断抢占市场,农村商业银行作为一家中小型商业银行,在竞争中属于较弱的一个群体,要在竞争中激烈的市场中生存发展,必须结合自身的特点合理定位,制定切实可行的战略目标,从而在未来的市场竞争中取得竞争优势,打造精品农商行,是本文研究的重点。 论文以发展战略为研究课题,运用战略管理相关理论,对北京农商银行发展战略进行分析研究。本文采用PEST分析法、SWOT分析法和五力模型对银行所处环境进行细致的分析,从而确立银行发展战略。通过PEST分析法对影响企业战略决策的外部环境因素进行分析,了解北京农商行所处的政治、经济和社会等环境,预测近几年的发展趋势,决定或者调整企业战略。通过SWOT分析法对内部环境探讨,分析农商行的外部环境带来的机会、威胁和企业内部的优势、劣势,研究在新的经济形势下农商行如何在激烈的银行竞争中脱颖而出。运用波特的五力模型对银行行业环境进行分析,探讨应对激烈竞争的有效策略。基于上述的研究分析,农商行要实现长远发展需实施机构网点转型、中间业务升级、支行特色发展和科技兴行等战略,这些战略是“打造精品银行”、“做精做优经营网点”、“做大做强管辖行”的必要条件。通过对北京农商行的发展战略进行系统的研究,提出农商行的发展战略,有效地推动了战略管理理论与银行管理实践相结合,对北京农商行的中长期稳健发展有一定的指导借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:The predecessor of Beijing Rural Credit Cooperative is Beijing Rural Credit Cooperative, which has been established for more than 60 years. Since October 2005, great changes have taken place in the management environment, and it faces new opportunities and challenges. In the increasingly competitive financial market environment, state-owned banks, national joint-stock commercial banks and foreign banks continue to seize the market. Rural commercial banks, as a small and medium-sized commercial banks, belong to a weaker group in the competition. In order to survive and develop in the fierce market, it is necessary to make a reasonable orientation and feasible strategic goal according to its own characteristics, so as to gain the competitive advantage in the market competition in the future and to build a fine agricultural and commercial bank, which is the focus of this paper. In this paper, the development strategy of Beijing Agricultural and Commercial Bank is analyzed by using the theory of strategic management. In this paper, the author makes a detailed analysis of the bank's environment by using the pest analysis method and the five-force model to establish the development strategy of the bank. This paper analyzes the external environmental factors that influence the strategic decision of enterprises through pest analysis, understands the political, economic and social environment of Beijing agribusiness, forecasts the development trend in recent years, and decides or adjusts the enterprise strategy. Through the SWOT analysis of the internal environment, this paper analyzes the opportunities, threats and internal strengths and weaknesses of the agribusiness banks, and studies how the agribusiness banks stand out in the fierce bank competition under the new economic situation. This paper analyzes the banking industry environment with Porter's five-force model and discusses the effective strategies to deal with the fierce competition. Based on the above research and analysis, in order to achieve long-term development, agricultural and commercial banks need to implement strategies such as transformation of institutional network, upgrading of intermediate business, development of branch characteristics and development of science and technology. These strategies are "creating boutique banks" and "doing fine and excellent business outlets." The necessary condition of "bigger and stronger jurisdiction". Through the systematic research on the development strategy of the Beijing Agricultural and Commercial Bank, the paper puts forward the development strategy of the Agricultural and Commercial Bank, which effectively promotes the combination of the strategic management theory and the bank management practice. Beijing Agricultural and Commercial Bank of the medium-long-term steady development has certain guiding significance.
