新时期高校思想政治教育范式转换研究

【摘要】:可以说,改革开放三十多年的风雨兼程,使社会主义中国和中国人民的面貌都发生了翻天覆地的变化。改革由“摸着石头过河”,边实践,边总结,逐步向“划着船过河”、“顺着桥过河”过渡,,中国社会已进入改革的攻坚期和深水区,在政治、经济、文化、社会等各个领域都呈现出了新常态。作为改革开放后成长起来的当代大学生,他们在思想观念、需求结构及层次、价值取向等方面也日益多元化、现实化、复杂化。面对新的时代背景、新的实践环境,高校思想政治教育只有通过增强其吸引力、感染力和说服力,提高其针对性、主动性和实效性,不断的改革创新,才能在新的时代背景下与时俱进,把握时代发展趋向。 本文以库恩的范式理论作为切入点,通过对库恩范式理论的解析,首先,对库恩范式理论应用于高校思想政治教育研究的可行性和必要性进行了分析论述,在一定程度上克服了以往研究在引入范式理论时往往先入为主、只知其然而不知其所以然等方面的遗憾与不足,为行文奠定了理论前提;其次,在对高校思想政治教育范式进行总结、反思的基础上,指出了社本范式的历史功绩及其存在的弊端,分析了人本范式的内涵,指出了在高校思想政治教育范式转换过程中人本范式是对社本范式的继承与超越;再次,深入系统地分析了高校思想政治教育范式由社本范式向人本范式转换的外部动因和内部动因、理论基础和实践基础。外部动因主要从全球化的快速推进、市场经济的深入发展及新媒体技术的飞速普及等三个方面进行了分析,内部动因主要从高校思想政治教育人本精神的疏漏、生活化的价值诉求及实现高校思想政治教育自身发展的内在要求等三个方面进行了分析,理论基础主要包括马克思主义人学理论和科学发展观,实践基础主要包括相关人文社会科学的有益探索和高校育人工作的可贵探索;最后,从客观实际出发,在借鉴前人研究成果的基础上,针对如何实现高校思想政治教育范式由社本范式向人本范式的转换,促进人本范式的构建,本文从树立正确的思想政治教育理念、创新思想政治教育内容、优化思想政治教育工作方法、完善思想政治教育管理和评价机制等四个方面提出了自己的意见和建议,力图努力探索出一套类似于范式的、统一的、完整的方法体系,以期在一定程度上增强人本高校思想政治教育范式的系统性和实际操作性。
[Abstract]:It can be said that more than 30 years of reform and opening up, the face of socialist China and the Chinese people have undergone earth-shaking changes. From "crossing the river by touching the stone", practicing and summing up, and gradually transitioning to "crossing the river by boat" and "crossing the river along the bridge", Chinese society has entered a critical period of reform and deep water areas, in politics, economy and culture. Society and other fields are showing a new normal. As the contemporary college students who have grown up after the reform and opening up, they are increasingly diversified, realistic and complicated in the aspects of ideology, demand structure and level, value orientation and so on. Facing the new background of the times and the new practical environment, the ideological and political education in colleges and universities can only improve its pertinence, initiative and effectiveness by enhancing its attraction, appeal and persuasion, and constantly reform and innovate. In order to keep pace with the times under the new background, grasp the trend of development of the times. This paper takes Kuhn's paradigm theory as the breakthrough point, through the analysis of Kuhn's paradigm theory, firstly, analyzes the feasibility and necessity of applying Kuhn's paradigm theory to the research of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. To a certain extent, it overcomes the regret and deficiency of the previous research in introducing the paradigm theory, only knows its nature, but does not know what it is, which lays the theoretical premise for the writing. On the basis of summing up and introspecting the paradigm of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, this paper points out the historical achievements of the paradigm and its drawbacks, and analyzes the connotation of the paradigm of humanism. This paper points out that the humanism paradigm is the inheritance and transcendence of the social-oriented paradigm in the process of the paradigm transformation of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. This paper deeply and systematically analyzes the external and internal motivation, the theoretical basis and the practical basis of the transformation of the ideological and political education paradigm from the social-oriented paradigm to the human-oriented paradigm in colleges and universities. The external causes are mainly analyzed from three aspects: the rapid development of globalization, the further development of market economy and the rapid popularization of new media technology. The internal causes are mainly from the omissions of humanistic spirit of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. This paper analyzes the value demand of life and the inherent requirement of realizing the development of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. The theoretical basis mainly includes Marxist theory of human studies and scientific development view. The practical basis mainly includes the beneficial exploration of the relevant humanities and social sciences and the valuable exploration of the work of educating people in colleges and universities. Finally, based on the objective reality, and on the basis of drawing lessons from the previous research results, In view of how to realize the transformation of the ideological and political education paradigm from the social-oriented paradigm to the human-oriented paradigm and promote the construction of the human-oriented paradigm, this paper sets up a correct idea of ideological and political education and innovates the content of ideological and political education. In order to optimize the working methods of ideological and political education and perfect the management and evaluation mechanism of ideological and political education, the author puts forward his own opinions and suggestions, and tries hard to explore a set of method system which is similar to the paradigm, unified and complete. The aim is to strengthen the systematic and practical operation of the ideological and political education paradigm in humanistic colleges and universities to a certain extent.
