“肯尼亚2013年政府办事流程重塑研修班”口译项目报告

【摘要】:在全球化的背景下,各国的联系日益密切,跨文化跨民族的交往活动也日益频繁。中国也一直重视同非洲国家的关系,并不断加大了对非援助,同时为非洲培训各类人才。此次的研修班也是中国国家行政学院受中华人民共和国商务部委托举办的,旨在向肯尼亚的政府官员介绍中国政治、经济、社会发展及政府管理等方面的情况,并扩大中肯两国的相互了解与交流。 肯尼亚政府代表团于2013年11月来宁,本人为代表团的访问交流活动提供了口译服务。在代表团访问南京市政务服务中心时,本人为代表团及中心工作人员提供了现场解说服务。同时,本人还为江苏省行政学院的校长和教授提供了会议口译服务。最后,本人为代表团的结业典礼提供了会议口译服务。虽然三次口译任务都赢得了中外双方的感谢与赞赏,但本人在每次口译中也碰到了相关的问题。 在该项目报告中,本人分析了在项目中遇到的问题与困难,如译前准备、专业术语、口音、现场突发情况等,并结合本人的学习经验提出了相应的解决方案。本人希望在通过对问题的深入分析后能清晰认识到自身的缺陷,并在后续的口译学习中加强相关训练。
[Abstract]:Under the background of globalization, the contact between different countries is becoming closer and closer, and the cross-cultural and cross-national communication activities are also becoming more and more frequent. China has also attached great importance to its relations with African countries and has increased its aid to Africa and trained all kinds of talents for Africa. The workshop was also commissioned by the Ministry of Commerce of the people's Republic of China to brief Kenyan government officials on China's political, economic, social development and government management. And expand mutual understanding and exchanges between the two countries. The Government of Kenya delegation came to Ning in November 2013 and I provided interpretation services for the delegation's visit and exchange activities. When the delegation visited Nanjing Administrative Service Center, I provided on-site interpretation service for the delegation and its staff. At the same time, I also provide conference interpretation services for the president and professor of Jiangsu Administrative College. Finally, I provided conference interpretation services for the delegation's graduation ceremony. Although the three interpreting tasks have won thanks and appreciation from both Chinese and foreign sides, I have encountered related problems in each interpretation. In the project report, I analyzed the problems and difficulties encountered in the project, such as pre-translation preparation, technical terms, accents, on-site emergencies, and put forward corresponding solutions combined with my learning experience. I hope that I can clearly recognize my own shortcomings and strengthen the relevant training in the subsequent interpretation learning after the in-depth analysis of the problem.
