中国企业海外投资风险防范体系研究

【摘要】：随着"走出去"战略的实施,中国企业的海外投资呈现出逐年递增的趋势。海外投资风险与收益并存,如何降低中国企业的海外投资所面临的政治、经济等风险越来越受到广泛关注。本文针对中国企业应如何应对海外投资风险,以风险识别-风险评估-风险定位-风险规避为主线,构建了风险防范体系,为中国企业更好地"走出去"提供借鉴。
[Abstract]:With the implementation of the "going out" strategy, the overseas investment of Chinese enterprises is increasing year by year. Overseas investment risks and returns coexist. How to reduce the political and economic risks that Chinese enterprises face in overseas investment has been paid more and more attention. Aiming at how Chinese enterprises should deal with overseas investment risks, this paper takes risk identification, risk assessment, risk orientation and risk aversion as the main line, constructs a risk prevention system, and provides reference for Chinese enterprises to "go out" better.
