我国电视娱乐节目公益化现象研究

【摘要】:近年来,受唯收视率马首是瞻的错误观念引导及行业内杂乱无序的竞争环境影响,我国电视娱乐节目日渐出现过度娱乐化问题及三俗化倾向,但其理应承担的社会公益责任却被极大忽视。在此背景下,出于国家政策的强制规定,社会舆论的高度关注以及来自媒体、节目自身、受众、企业多方的迫切需求,娱乐节目的公益化变革成为其谋求长远发展的有效路径,并逐渐成为一种发展趋势。当下娱乐节目公益化虽然呈现出一派繁荣景象,但其发展现状却不容乐观。走公益化道路的节目越来越多,各种问题也逐渐出现。如果不能及时采取有效措施加以修正,则娱乐节目公益化之路的前景令人堪忧。鉴于此,本文在搜集大量娱乐节目资料基础上,系统归纳了娱乐节目公益化所采用的多种方式,富有独创性地将其细分为公益主题贯穿式、公益环节置入式、选取公益题材式、宣扬文明理念式及附加公益字幕式五种类型。并深入揭示了公益化变革中产生的各种问题:娱乐性与商业性色彩过浓、创意表现水平参差不齐、公益化方式与节目自身状况不匹配、公益主题过于狭隘且缺乏时效性、节目生命周期趋于短暂化等。在此基础上,本文尝试从外部生态环境、相关参与主体及节目自身三方面入手,详尽剖析了影响公益化变革的各种因素。并试图从优化政治、经济及文化等外部宏观环境,建立与企业、受众、媒体及公益资源等相关参与主体间的良性合作关系,全面提升节目自身制作水平等多个层面提出了系统性的应对方案,以期促进我国电视娱乐节目公益化呈现健康可持续发展状态。
[Abstract]:In recent years, influenced by the misconception of ratings and the disorderly competition environment in the industry, the problem of excessive entertainment and the tendency of "three vulgarization" appear gradually in our country's TV entertainment programs. However, its social public welfare responsibility should be greatly ignored. In this context, due to the compulsory provisions of national policies, the high concern of public opinion and the urgent needs of the media, programs themselves, audiences and enterprises, the public welfare transformation of entertainment programs has become an effective way for them to seek long-term development. And gradually become a trend of development. Although the public welfare of entertainment shows a prosperous scene, its development is not optimistic. There are more and more programs on the road of commonweal, and various problems appear gradually. If it is not timely to take effective measures to correct, entertainment programs public-spirited prospects are worrying. In view of this, this paper, on the basis of collecting a large number of entertainment program data, systematically summarizes the various ways used in the public welfare of entertainment programs. Promote the concept of civilization and additional public subtitle five types. And deeply reveals the various problems arising in the reform of public welfare: entertainment and commercial color too strong, creative performance level is uneven, the public welfare mode and the program itself does not match, the public interest theme is too narrow and lack of timeliness, The program life cycle tends to be short, etc. On this basis, this paper attempts to analyze the factors that affect the change of public welfare from three aspects: the external ecological environment, the relevant participants and the program itself. And try to optimize the external macro environment, such as politics, economy and culture, and establish a good cooperative relationship with enterprises, audiences, media and public welfare resources. In order to promote the state of healthy and sustainable development of TV entertainment programs in China, the author puts forward systematic countermeasures in order to promote the public welfare of TV entertainment programs.
