习近平主席访俄期间致辞及演讲的口译项目报告

【摘要】：随着当今世界国家之间的交流与合作日益增多，国家领导人出访国外期间的致辞和讲话亟需现场口译，外交口译成为主题口译中极为重要的一部分。笔者选取了国家领导人习近平主席2013年3月访俄期间的两次致辞进行模拟现场交替传译作为此次研究的翻译项目，包括：3月22日习近平在俄罗斯中国旅游年开幕式上的致辞以及3月23日习近平在莫斯科国际关系学院的演讲。两次致辞的发生时间一前一后，内容关联度高，，是典型的外交讲话，内容涉及政治、经济、旅游、贸易等方面，因而是外交口译实践的极佳对象。本翻译项目报告是基于笔者对口译录音转写而成的文字稿进行的案例分析，首先详细描述了本次口译任务和口译过程，接着重点分析和探讨了本次口译过程中遇到的难点问题，即对于原语中词语和表达的处理技巧，主要从语篇衔接词的处理、文化负载词的处理、基于语言简洁性的词语处理三方面入手，结合口译理论以及本次翻译项目的具体实例、典型片段，从而对自己的口译进行客观分析、评价以及经验总结，针对口译技巧提供这些可行性的建议，提高口译中词语和表达处理能力，以获得更加高质量的口译输出，并为后来的译者提供借鉴。
[Abstract]:With the increasing exchanges and cooperation among countries in the world, the speeches and speeches made by national leaders during their visits abroad are in urgent need of on-site interpretation, and diplomatic interpretation is an extremely important part of the topic interpretation. The author chooses the two speeches made by Chinese President Xi Jinping during his visit to Russia in March 2013 as the translation project of this study. This includes a speech by Xi Jinping at the opening ceremony of Russia's China Tourism year on March 22 and a speech by Xi Jinping at the Moscow Institute of International Relations on March 23. The two speeches, with a high degree of relevance, are typical diplomatic speeches involving politics, economy, tourism, trade and so on, so they are the best objects of diplomatic interpretation practice. This translation project report is based on a case study of the transcripts of the interpreting recordings. It first describes the interpretation task and the interpretation process in detail, and then focuses on the analysis and discussion of the difficult problems encountered in the interpretation process. That is to say, the processing skills of words and expressions in the source language are mainly from three aspects: the processing of cohesion words, the treatment of culture-loaded words, and the processing of words based on the conciseness of language, combined with the interpretation theory and the concrete examples of this translation project. In order to improve the ability of words and expressions in interpreting, and to get a higher quality of interpretation output, we can make objective analysis, evaluation and experience summing up of our own interpretation, provide these feasible suggestions for interpreting skills, and improve our ability to deal with words and expressions in our interpretation, so as to achieve a higher quality of interpretation. And to provide a reference for later translators.
