中国石油沈阳销售分公司竞争战略研究

【摘要】:随着市场竞争的日趋激烈,企业在竞争中所面临的阻碍也成为企业管理者越来越急于解决的重大难题。中国石油沈阳销售分公司(以下简称“中油沈阳销售公司”)隶属于中国石油天然气股份有限公司(以下简称“中国石油”),是辽宁省乃至东北地区最大的成品油批发和零售企业之一。 我国加入WTO以后,国外的大中型石油公司纷纷进入我国市场,沈阳作为我国经济发展的战略要地和东北老工业基地,是国内外大型石油企业的必争之地,市场竞争环境面临着严峻的挑战,市场份额进一步被瓜分。面临这样一个严峻的竞争环境,中油沈阳销售公司如何根据沈阳地区的成品油市场竞争环境,分析中油沈阳销售公司自身的竞争形势,是沈阳分公司必须面临的重大难题。 本文以竞争战略的分析角度,对中油沈阳销售公司在外部环境中的政治、经济、社会、科技等宏观环境和内部环境中自身资源和能力的优势劣势进行深入的分析。运用波特五力模型和SWOT矩阵得出适合企业采取的竞争战略形势,制定中油沈阳销售公司的战略计划、战略实施和保障措施。
[Abstract]:With the increasingly fierce competition in the market, the obstacles faced by enterprises in the competition have become a major problem that managers are eager to solve more and more. China National Petroleum Shenyang sales Company (hereinafter referred to as "PetroChina Shenyang sales Company") is affiliated with China National Petroleum Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "PetroChina"), Liaoning Province and even the Northeast region of the largest oil products wholesale and retail enterprises. After China's entry into WTO, foreign large and medium-sized oil companies have entered the Chinese market one after another. Shenyang, as a strategic center of our country's economic development and an old industrial base in Northeast China, is a necessary place for large oil enterprises at home and abroad. The market competition environment is facing the stern challenge, the market share is further divided. Faced with such a severe competitive environment, how to analyze the competitive situation of CNPC Shenyang sales Company according to the competitive environment of Shenyang oil products market is a major problem that Shenyang Branch must face. From the perspective of competitive strategy, this paper makes a deep analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of resources and capabilities of PetroChina Shenyang sales Company in the external environment, such as political, economic, social, scientific and technological environment and internal environment. By using Porter's five-force model and SWOT matrix, the competitive strategic situation suitable for enterprises is obtained, and the strategic plan, strategic implementation and safeguard measures of PetroChina Shenyang sales Company are worked out.
