政治与经济关系视角下的农地所有权制度改革

【摘要】：土地问题既是经济问题也是政治问题。土地所有权分割作为土地所有权制度设计和变迁的重要基础,是土地政治和经济问题关系的"粘合剂"。"农地两级所有权"有利于我国农村土地政治经济相关问题的解决。
[Abstract]:The land problem is not only an economic problem but also a political one. As an important basis for the design and change of land ownership system, the division of land ownership is the "adhesive" of the relationship between land politics and economy, and the "two-level ownership of farmland" is conducive to solving the problems related to the political and economic of rural land in China.
