我国城市化进程中农民思想政治教育研究

【摘要】：农民和城市化及其它们之间的相互关系问题,始终是中国特色社会主义现代化建设进程中不可回避的重大政治、经济和社会问题。自古以来,农民都是我国社会体系中不可或缺并且发挥着重要作用的一员。不管是在我国新民主主义革命和社会主义革命时期,还是在社会主义建设和改革开放的新时期,农民都成为我国革命和建设事业的主力军,为民主革命和社会主义革命的胜利、社会主义建设事业的发展做出了巨大的贡献。进入新世纪以来,我国城市化进入全面推进阶段,城市化由沿海向内地全面展开,城市建设、小城镇发展和普遍建立经济开发区成为主要推动力,但是由于忽视了农民的思想政治教育,致使农民的发展跟不上时代的步伐。农民的生活条件相对不高,农业的发展滞后于工业和第三产业,农村的各方而建设也迟迟不匹配,农村的科教文卫事业发展不完善,农民的法律、民主意识淡薄,道德素质不高,生态环保意识较差,城乡差距进一步拉大,出现城乡二元化体系。我国的城市化也呈现出质量不高、速度偏慢、发展不均衡等问题,为此本文特意从农民在城市化进程中发挥的重大作用的角度分析我国城市化进程中农民的思想政治教育现状以及由此所导致的后果,深入剖析产生的原因,提出相应的解决措施,希望能对我国城市化进程健康、快速、均衡的发展有所帮助。论文的第一章,是绪论部分,主要阐述了论文选题的背景、意义、国内外研究现状和论文的研究方法。关于论文的选题背景,主要是从我国城市化进程中出现的问题和农民思想政治教育之间关联性角度去论述的。深入研究这一课题,不论是对丰富马克思主义思想政治教育的内容和形式,还是对提高农民的思想文化素质,也不管是对促进社会主义新农村建设,还是对推进城市化进程,从而加快社会主义现代化事业的进程,都具有重大的理论意义和现实意义。在文献综述部分,主要围绕本课题的三大问题,概述了国内外相关问题的研究动态和最新的研究成果。本文在研究方法上,始终坚持理论联系实际的原则,综合运用文献研究的方法、分析与综合相结合的方法、历史与现实相结合等的方法,来研究我国城市化进程中农民的思想政治教育及其规律性。文章可能的创新点主要集中在农民思想政治教育和城市化之间的相互关系等四个方面。文章的第二章主要是研究当前我国城市化现状以及农民思想政治教育的现状,为下面展开论述它们之间的关系做伏笔,主要是由三个小章节构成的。在第一个小章节中详细论述了我国农民思想政治教育的现状,并分析了原因。第二个小章节点名了农民思想政治教育中存在的问题,以及一些解决措施。第三个小章节论述了我国城市化的特点,取得的成绩以及出现的问题,并作了初步分析。文章的第三章是核心,主要论述城市化进程与农民思想政治教育二者之间的关系。第一小章指出了农民思想政治教育对城市化的促进作用。第二小章指出了城市化为农民思想政治教育创造了有利条件。第三小章指出了城市化深入发展对农民提出的新要求。这两者之间是相辅相成、互相促进、密不可分的,要在实践中将两者紧密结合起来,发挥合力,促进两者共同提升。文章的第四章是从方法论意义上提出一些解决措施,主要论述在城市化进程中增强农民思想政治教育的举措,大致从提高农民在城市化建设中的地位和作用的认识、健全农民思想政治教育内容体系、构建科学合理的农民思想政治教育机制三个方面着手,针对每一方面都提出了具体有效的解决方法,希望能对接下来的教育实践工作有所帮助。文章的第五章是从每个不同角色在农民思想政治教育中发挥的作用以及身份作出论述,大体上看来从党政机关、非政府组织、农民本身三个层面上提出发挥党政机关的主导性作用、非政府组织的自治作用、农民的自主作用,阐释了在城市化进程中加强农民思想政治教育工作的基本规律。在文章的结尾还用结束语来概括总结文章的研究方向和不足之处,并对未来城市化背景下农民思想政治教育广泛的前景做了展望,描绘出一幅宏伟的蓝图。
[Abstract]:The relationship between the peasants and the urbanization and their relationship has always been a major political, economic and social problem that can not be avoided in the process of the socialist modernization of Chinese characteristics. Since ancient times, farmers are an integral part of our social system and play an important role. whether in the period of the new democratic revolution and the socialist revolution in our country or during the new period of socialist construction and reform and opening-up, the peasants have become the main force of the revolution and construction of our country, and the victory of the democratic revolution and the socialist revolution, The development of the socialist construction has made a great contribution. Since entering the new century, the urbanization of our country has entered a full-scale advanced stage, and the urbanization has become the main driving force for the comprehensive development of the coastal areas, the urban construction, the development of small towns and the general establishment of the economic development zone, but the ideological and political education of the peasants is neglected, The development of the peasants could not keep up with the pace of the times. The possible innovation point of the article mainly focuses on the four aspects of the relationship between the peasant's ideological and political education and the urbanization. The second chapter of the article is to study the current situation of urbanization in our country and the current situation of the peasant's ideological and political education. The third chapter of the article is the core, mainly discusses the relationship between the urbanization process and the peasant's ideological and political education. The first chapter points out the promoting effect of the peasant's ideological and political education on the urbanization. The second chapter points out that urbanization creates favorable conditions for farmers' ideological and political education. The third chapter points out the new requirements of the in-depth development of the urbanization on the farmers. The two are mutually reinforcing, mutual promotion, inseparable, to combine the two together in practice, to play a joint force and to promote the common promotion of both. The fourth chapter of the article is to put forward some solution measures in the sense of methodology, mainly discuss the initiative of strengthening the peasant's ideological and political education in the process of urbanization, to improve the status and role of the peasants in the process of urbanization, and to perfect the system of the peasant's ideological and political education. To construct a scientific and reasonable mechanism of peasant's ideological and political education, a concrete and effective solution is put forward in every aspect, and it is hoped that the next education practice will be helpful. The fifth chapter of the article is to make a discussion on the role and the status of each different character in the ideological and political education of the peasants, and in general, it appears that the leading role of the Party and government organs and the self-government of the non-governmental organizations should be put forward from the three aspects of the Party and government organs, the non-governmental organizations and the peasants themselves. The autonomous function of the peasants explains the basic law of strengthening the ideological and political education of the peasants in the process of urbanization.
