小学生思想道德现状分析与对策研究

【摘要】:随着我国政治经济全面转型、经济全球化快速发展,社会形势发生了复杂而深刻的变化,给小学生的思想道德建设也带来了严峻挑战。目前小学生思想道德出现的诸多问题,已严重影响了小学生的健康成长,也制约着社会的进步。因此,要正确面对问题,科学分析其产生的原因,寻找解决问题的途径,以促进小学生思想道德水平的提高,为中国特色社会主义事业培养合格人才。 本课题结合自身教育教学实践,采取理论探索、问卷调查、实地走访等方法,按照“提出问题、分析问题、解决问题”的思路,由理论阐释、现状调查、原因分析及对策研究和总结四部分组成。 第一部分:由第一章和第二章组成。对课题的来源背景进行了综述,对论文研究的目的和意义以及论文的整体思路和研究方法,国内外研究现状进行了分析和研究。 第二部分:由第三章组成,,是本文的主要部分。通过问卷调查和实地走访,结合文献资料,从当前小学生思想道德的主流入手,对目前小学生在道德认知及行为,理想信念,心理承受能力和行为习惯上存在的问题进行了分析研究。 第三部分:由第四章和第五章组成,是本文的重要部分。分析了小学生思想道德问题产生的重要原因,包括学校、家庭、社会、传统观念、小学生自身等诸多因素。从小学生自身思想道德建设,优化思想道德的社会环境,提高家庭道德的时效性,丰富学校德育内涵和对东西方优秀德育经验的借鉴几方面来改善小学生思想道德教育的环境,提高小学生思想道德教育的实效性,更好地促进小学生综合素质教育的健康发展。 第四部分:由第六章组成,是对本文的研究进行了总结,并对下一步的研究进行了展望。通过对全文前面的分析,结合本文的研究目的和意义,提出了提高小学生思想道德教育的对策和建议,有利于加强小学生思想道德教育的实效性。通过从自身教育实践出发提出具有实际意义的措施,将实践和理论放到同样的高度,更切合实际,更具有针对性。
[Abstract]:With the comprehensive transformation of politics and economy in our country and the rapid development of economic globalization, the social situation has undergone complex and profound changes, which has also brought severe challenges to the ideological and moral construction of primary school students. At present, many problems of primary school students' ideology and morality have seriously affected the healthy growth of primary school students, but also restricted the progress of society. Therefore, it is necessary to face the problem correctly, analyze its causes scientifically, and find ways to solve the problem, so as to promote the improvement of the ideological and moral level of primary school students and train qualified talents for the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Based on the practice of education and teaching, this paper adopts the methods of theoretical exploration, questionnaire survey, field visit and so on. According to the train of thought of "putting forward questions, analyzing problems and solving problems", it is explained theoretically and investigated in the present situation. Cause analysis and countermeasures research and summary of four parts. The first part is composed of the first chapter and the second chapter. This paper summarizes the origin and background of the subject, analyzes and studies the purpose and significance of the paper, the overall ideas and research methods of the paper, and the research status at home and abroad. The second part: composed of the third chapter, is the main part of this paper. Through questionnaire survey and field visit, combined with literature, starting from the mainstream of primary school students' ideology and morality, this paper discusses the moral cognition and behavior, ideals and beliefs of primary school students at present. The problems existing in psychological affordability and behavior habits were analyzed and studied. The third part: composed of the fourth chapter and the fifth chapter, is an important part of this paper. This paper analyzes on the important causes of the ideological and moral problems of primary school students, including many factors, such as school, family, society, traditional concept, primary school students themselves and so on. The students' own ideological and moral construction, the optimization of the ideological and moral social environment, the improvement of the timeliness of family morality, the enrichment of the connotation of school moral education and the reference to the excellent moral education experience of the East and the West can improve the environment of primary school students' ideological and moral education. Improve the effectiveness of ideological and moral education for primary school students, and better promote the healthy development of comprehensive quality education for primary school students. The fourth part is composed of the sixth chapter, which summarizes the research of this paper and looks forward to the next research. Through the analysis of the first part of the paper, combined with the purpose and significance of this study, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the ideological and moral education of primary school students, which is conducive to strengthening the effectiveness of ideological and moral education of primary school students. By putting forward practical measures from their own educational practice, the practice and theory are put to the same height, which is more practical and targeted.
