【摘要】:目的精密轴承性能与轴承球体表面质量密切相关,表面的精密快速检测对于保证轴承球体质量非常重要,因而提出一种适用于在线光学检测的新球体全展开方法。方法分析目前已提出的几种球体全展开方法,并指出它们在实际应用中的不足,对新的展开机构的展开原理进行分析,并进行了理论分析推导。建立了新的展开机构模型,通过Adams软件虚拟仿真,并通过设定不同的仿真参数,探究不同参数对球体全表面展开检测轨迹的影响。将子午线检测和螺旋线检测时光斑的覆盖率做了对比。结果新机构可实现球体均匀全覆盖展开,适于激光散射和干涉这种光斑面积较小的检测方法,全覆盖时间受进动和转动速度的影响。进动速度一定时,主轴转动速度越大,螺旋线间距越大,不影响全覆盖时间;主轴转动速度一定时,进动速度越大,螺旋线间距越小,全覆盖时间越短。在仿真时间为15 s、主轴转动速度为400(°)/s的情况下,得到最优进动速度为12(°)/s。结论对于新的球体展开机构,通过对转动和进动速度以及聚焦位置的调整,可实现对不同直径球体表面的均匀全覆盖检测。
[Abstract]:Objective the precision bearing performance is closely related to the surface quality of bearing ball. The rapid and accurate surface detection is very important for ensuring the quality of bearing ball. Therefore, a new sphere full deployment method suitable for online optical inspection is proposed. Methods several spheroid full deployment methods have been analyzed, and their shortcomings in practical applications are pointed out. The deployment principle of the new deployable mechanism is analyzed, and theoretical analysis and deduction are carried out. A new deployment mechanism model is established, through Adams software virtual simulation, and by setting different simulation parameters, we explore the influence of different parameters on the detection trajectory of the whole surface of the sphere. The coverage rate of the time spot detected by the meridian detection and the spiral line detection is compared. Results the new mechanism can achieve uniform uniform coverage, which is suitable for laser scattering and interference. The full coverage time is influenced by precession and rotation speed. When the precession speed is constant, the greater the spindle speed is, the greater the distance between the helical lines will not affect the total coverage time. When the spindle speed is constant, the larger the precession speed is, the shorter the distance between the helical lines is, and the shorter the total coverage time is. When the simulation time is 15 s and the rotation speed of the spindle is 400 (degree) /s, the optimal precession speed is 12 (degree) /s. Conclusion for the new sphere deployable mechanism, the uniform coverage of spheres with different diameters can be achieved by adjusting the rotation and precession speed and the focusing position.
