【摘要】:对扩口式管接头拧紧过程中各组件进行力学分析,分析接触面在装配过程中的接触状态。结果表明:扩口式管接头在拧紧过程中的6个接触面中,相对滑动的接触面有3个,分别是螺母与管接头之间的螺纹接触面,管套与螺母之间的环形接触面,管套与螺母之间的圆柱接触面。基于普通螺栓连接的扭拉关系,建立扩口式管接头扭拉关系的理论公式,采用六面体网格建模方法建立扩口式管接头(包含螺纹和升角)的仿真模型,并对扩口式管接头间隙及过渡2种配合形式的扭拉关系进行理论和仿真计算。结果表明:管套与螺母圆柱接触面为间隙配合时,扭拉关系理论公式的计算结果是非常准确的;管套与螺母圆柱接触面为过渡配合时,理论公式可能产生非常显著的误差,需要引入修正系数。
[Abstract]:The mechanical analysis of the components during the tightening process of the expanded pipe joint was analyzed, and the contact state of the contact surface during the assembly process was analyzed. The results show that there are 3 relative sliding interfaces in the 6 contact faces of the expansion joint, which are the threaded contact surface between the nut and the pipe joint, the annular contact surface between the tube sleeve and the nut, and the cylindrical contact surface between the tube sleeve and the nut. Ordinary bolt torsion based on the relationship of the flared joint torsion theory formula relations, establish flaredfitting using hexahedral mesh modeling methods (including thread and angle) of the simulation model, and the flared type tube gap and transition joint 2 kinds of tension relationship between theory and simulation calculation the form of torsion. The results show that the calculation results of torsional relation theory formula are very accurate when the connection between tube sleeve and nut cylinder is in clearance fit. When the transition between pipe sleeve and nut cylinder interface is transitional, the theoretical formula may produce very significant error, and correction coefficient is needed.
