软管自动化装箱机设计与研究

【摘要】:随着工业4.0概念的逐渐渗透,中小企业也逐渐意识到自动化的生产方式对生产的影响越来越大。为解决软管(牙膏管)装箱劳动强度大,劳动成本高,本文设计研发一款专门用于软管装箱的自动化设备。目的为提高软管装箱生产效率,降低装箱劳动成本。本文对软管自动化装箱机的结构进行总体设计,基于NX软件对装箱机进行建模构建。以模块化的理念进行设计,对软管装箱机结构整体模块化分解。软管自动化装箱机结构设计包括升降机构、导向机构和推管机构。对软管自动化装箱机所设计到的传动方式、驱动方式等进行分析选择,安全、合理、精准驱动。选用相关的标准件,缩短产品研发周期。为研究软管自动化装箱机的可靠性,对软管装箱机关键部分进行数值分析,通过有限元(FEM)的方法,基于ANSYS对软管装箱机部件进行振动分析,通过虚拟实验求固有频率:对部件进行强度分析,通过虚拟实验和实际选型对比验证,确定滚珠丝杠选型正确可靠。在NX平台上进行运动分析,导出其运动的位移、速度、加速度的分析数据。然后,利用Origin软件进行数据处理。根据分析数据,提高软管装箱机升降机构的可靠性。软管自动化装箱机控制系统设计,结合用户需求选用PLC进行控制,设计故障处理单元、人机交互界面(HMI);基于模糊PID对伺服电机进行控制,使用STEP7软件进行梯形图的编写。最终实现对软管自动化装箱机进行全方面的精准控制。本文设计研发的软管自动化装箱机可代替人工手动装箱,节约软管装箱成本,提高软管装箱效率,降低装箱强度。在一定程度上提高经济效益,满足大规模生产的需求,实现实用价值。
