【摘要】:采用有限元软件分析了42Cr Mo甩刀工况的应力、应变状态。对42Cr Mo甩刀在4种不同热处理工艺下的力学性能、金相组织进行了分析。根据甩刀工况的磨损类型对其滑动磨损和冲击磨料磨损性能进行了研究。结果表明,甩刀材料要求具有良好的综合力学性能,其应力、应变最大区域均在甩刀与销轴安装孔内,理论上最大应力为154MPa,最大变形为0.768 mm;经过1100℃×30 min油淬+450℃×1 h回火+770℃×30 min油淬+200℃×1 h回火处理后,42Cr Mo的综合力学性能最好,其硬度和冲击韧性均约为进口甩刀材料的93%;42Cr Mo的两体滑动磨损失量比进口甩刀材料高约10%,冲击磨料磨损失量比进口甩刀材料高约15%。考虑到经济性,以上述工艺处理后的42Cr Mo能够取代进口甩刀材料。
[Abstract]:The stress and strain state of 42CrMo blade was analyzed by finite element software. The mechanical properties of 42CrMo knife under four different heat treatment processes were analyzed. The metallographic structure was analyzed and the sliding wear and impact abrasive wear properties were studied according to the wear types of the sling cutter. The results showed that the material required for the throwing knife had good comprehensive mechanical properties and its stress. The maximum strain area is in the mounting hole of the knife and pin shaft, the maximum stress is 154 MPA and the maximum deformation is 0.768 mm. After oil quenching at 1100 鈩,
