【摘要】:本文基于流体润滑理论建立分析模型,对高速低黏度润滑剂滑动轴承润滑性能进行了研究,主要分析边界条件、润滑剂湍流惯性和供油条件等对高速低黏度润滑剂滑动轴承润滑性能的影响。 首先,不考虑润滑剂湍流惯性及供油条件的影响,使用改进的Elrod质量守恒算法(包含质量守恒边界条件)求解Reynolds方程,将结果与雷诺边界条件结果进行对比,分析不同边界条件下轴承润滑性能的区别。然后,在质量守恒算法的基础上,考虑轴承中润滑剂湍流流动与惯性的影响,使用平均速度场模式理论建立分析模型,计算轴承润滑性能参数,并分析湍流及惯性对各性能参数的影响。最后,综合质量守恒算法与湍流惯性模型并考虑实际供油条件,计算分析不同供油压力及油槽位置下的轴承润滑性能。 使用质量守恒算法可以使滑动轴承润滑分析更加接近实际情况,湍流惯性的影响是高速低黏度润滑剂滑动轴承润滑分析必须考虑的内容,对不同供油压力和油槽位置时轴承润滑性能的分析有助于寻找合理的轴承设计方案。本文分析是针对某发动机燃油泵滑动轴承进行的,使用的轴承结构参数(半径、宽度和间隙等)为固定值,若改变这些结构参数,本文的方法也适用于其它机械装置滑动轴承润滑分析。
[Abstract]:Based on the theory of fluid lubrication, the lubrication performance of high speed and low viscosity lubricant sliding bearings is studied in this paper, and the boundary conditions are mainly analyzed. The influence of lubricant turbulence inertia and oil supply condition on lubricating performance of high speed low viscosity lubricant sliding bearing. Firstly, the modified Elrod mass conservation algorithm (including mass conservation boundary condition) is used to solve the Reynolds equation without considering the influence of lubricant turbulent inertia and oil supply condition. The results are compared with the results of Reynolds boundary condition, and the difference of lubricating performance of bearing under different boundary conditions is analyzed. Then, based on the mass conservation algorithm, the effects of lubricant turbulent flow and inertia in bearing are considered. The analysis model is established by using the model theory of average velocity field, the lubrication performance parameters of bearing are calculated, and the effects of turbulence and inertia on the performance parameters are analyzed. Combined with mass conservation algorithm and turbulent inertial model and considering the actual oil supply conditions, the lubrication performance of bearing under different oil supply pressure and tank position is calculated and analyzed. Using the mass conservation algorithm can make the lubrication analysis of sliding bearing closer to the actual situation. The influence of turbulent inertia is the content that must be considered in the lubrication analysis of high speed low viscosity lubricant sliding bearing. The analysis of lubricating performance of bearing under different oil supply pressure and tank position is helpful to find a reasonable bearing design scheme. This analysis is aimed at the sliding bearing of a certain engine fuel pump. The structural parameters (radius, width, clearance, etc.) of the bearings used are fixed values. If these structural parameters are changed, the method in this paper is also suitable for the lubrication analysis of other mechanical sliding bearings.
