【摘要】:对球盘点接触区域润滑剂的动态流动特性进行研究,利用高速摄影技术实时捕捉点接触区域润滑剂的流动情况,结合CFD软件FLUENT的计算结果,对不同卷吸速度下点接触区域润滑剂的速度场进行分析。结果表明:润滑剂在点接触区域的流动基本处于层流状态,在流经接触区域时出现了先汇聚后分离的现象,且这种现象随卷吸速度的增加有所增强;润滑剂在接触区域的速度大小与其所处位置有关,在入口附近速度有急剧增加的现象,这种现象随卷吸速度的增加逐渐向两侧偏移并减弱。
[Abstract]:The dynamic flow characteristics of the contact area of the ball on the inventory of lubricant flow, using high-speed photography to capture real-time contact area of lubricant, combined with the calculation results of CFD software FLUENT, the different entrainment velocity under point contact region lubricant velocity field analysis. The results show that the basic lubricant in the laminar state in point contact area the flow passes through the contact area when the first sink after separation of the phenomenon, and this phenomenon with the increase of the entrainment velocity is increased; the speed of lubricant in the contact region size and location, there is a sharp increase in the phenomenon near the entrance speed increase, this phenomenon with the entrainment velocity gradually to both sides the offset and weakened.
