【摘要】:随着现代工业的发展,以智能制造为核心的工业战略迅速引领制造业革新,对广泛应用的油封提出了迫切需求。因此,关于油封的密封技术以及产品设计技术需要深入研究,不断革新,以缩短设计周期,提高设计效率。本文在对旋转式骨架油封产品参数化设计充分研究的基础上,对旋转式骨架油封功能的关键影响因素与密封性能的作用关系进行了数值模拟分析,总结归纳各关键参数对总体性能的影响规律,并且将分析结果反馈到产品设计中,进而提出应用系列化设计方法和模块化配置设计方法。(1)针对旋转式骨架油封的功能特点,通过对其结构分析,总结归纳出对密封性能有决定性影响的结构参数。本文重点研究的结构参数主要包括:过盈量、油面角、气面角、R值、腰部厚度、腰部长度。同时,也对弹簧和腔体内压力作了研究。通过分析得到各关键参数对密封性能的影响作用规律,为产品设计研究和进一步的密封性能研究提供借鉴。(2)课题对骨架油封密封唇口接触处的流场进行了理想条件的流体动力学分析。从泵吸理论模型的两个方面分析油封主唇配合区域:非对称的斜唇结构和接触表面皱纹结构。首先,取不同主唇配合区结构参数和不同工况条件时,对非对称斜唇结构与泵吸作用关系进行了分析讨论;其次,针对接触表面皱纹结构组织建立了理想化模型,并分析了其对泵吸效应的影响作用。研究结果表明,各关键参数与密封性能的变化关系都有各自的不同规律。(3)通过油封参数化设计研究项目的实践,总结了旋转式骨架油封结构参数化设计特点。基于结构设计的特点,结合油封关键参数与密封性能作用关系的分析结果,提出了在油封产品设计中应用模块化配置技术和系列化设计技术的方法,并进行了进一步研究。课题针对油封的结构尺寸,根据其与密封功能的关系进行了分类设计。根据油封的规格尺寸、关键特征尺寸和局部特征尺寸,进行了相应系列化研究。另外,根据产品不同部分功能不同,进行了模块化的划分,包括对内密封流体的主唇模块、对外防尘的副唇模块和骨架装配支撑部模块。通过产品标准化的接口结构进行不同模块配置,进而得到不同系列或不同功能的产品。旋转式骨架油封结构和功能特性决定了其密封性能分析与结构设计研究互为依据。据此研究提出的在油封产品设计中应用系列化设计和模块化配置设计方法,并应用到油封的参数化设计系统当中,进行设计系统的进一步开发,为提高油封产品的设计质量和标准化工作奠定基础。
[Abstract]:With the development of modern industry, as the core of the strategic industry rapidly lead manufacturing innovation to intelligent manufacturing, oil seal on the application put forward urgent demand. Therefore, the sealing of in-depth study, as well as the need for technical product design technology of oil seal innovation, so as to shorten the design cycle, improve design efficiency. Based on the sufficient research on skeleton oil seal product design of rotary parameter on the role of the key influencing factors on the rotary seal and sealing function of the relationship between the performance of the numerical simulation and analysis, summed up the law summed up the key parameters influence on overall performance, and the analysis result feedback to product design, and then put forward the application of series design method and module configuration design method. (2) the flow issue of skeleton oil seal lip contact analyzes the fluid dynamics of ideal conditions. The two aspects of theoretical model from the analysis of the pump suction main lip seal with inclined lip region: structure and contact surface wrinkles with asymmetric structure firstly. Take the main lip with the area, different structure parameters and different operating conditions, the asymmetric inclined lip structure and pump function relationship are discussed; secondly, the ideal model for the contact surface wrinkle structure, and analysis The effect of pump suction effect. The results show that the relationship between the key parameters and the change of sealing performance have different rules of each. (3) through the practice of oil seal parametric design research project, summarizes the design features of rotary seal structure parameters. Design and modular configuration design method is used in the design of seal products, and applied to the parametric design system of oil seal, the further development of the design of the system, lay the foundation for improving the work quality and standard design of seal products.
