【摘要】:对弹簧钢51CrV4中多元微量元素耦合作用进行了热力学分析,研究各微量元素在不同温度下的固溶与析出情况,并系统分析了热处理行为对其组织与性能的影响。结果表明:弹簧钢51CrV4中各微量元素的固溶量随温度的降低而减小,且元素Ti、N在高温阶段其固溶量急速下降,元素V、C主要在1000℃以下,其固溶量急速减小;当温度为800℃时,钢中[V]为0.01260717%,[Ti]为3.99E-6%,[N]为3.3527E-4%,[C]为0.49146313%以及析出物总摩尔量t为0.00278269mol;弹簧钢51CrV4的屈服强度和抗拉强度随回火温度的升高而整体呈下降趋势,而伸长率和断面收缩率变化较小;当回火温度为380℃时,其R_(eL)为1590MPa,R_m为1755MPa,A为8.6%以及Z为41.3%,组织为回火屈氏体+回火马氏体;末端淬透性试验显示HRC随距端部距离的增大而逐渐减小。当距离为5mm时,硬度为59.7HRC,组织为马氏体;当距离为35mm时,硬度为46.7HRC,组织为马氏体+贝氏体。
[Abstract]:The coupling effect of multi-element trace elements in spring steel 51CrV4 was thermodynamically analyzed, and the solid solution and precipitation of trace elements at different temperatures were studied. The effects of heat treatment behavior on the microstructure and properties of spring steel 51CrV4 were systematically analyzed. The results showed that the solution amount of trace elements in spring steel 51CrV4 decreased with the decrease of temperature, and the element Ti. In the high temperature stage, the solid solution content of N decreases rapidly, and that of the element VG C decreases rapidly under 1000 鈩,
