【摘要】:用户体验是衡量电子制造装备人性化和高端化的重要指标。用户界面是用户与电子制造装备认知与操作的重要载体,属于多通道、多平台操纵的复杂认知与交互问题。所以,电子制造装备界面的设计难点是其信息复杂化和交互流程多样化,导致用户认知负荷过大,进而造成用户体验问题。由于电子制造装备和IT产品在界面特征等方面存在较大差异,以往的用户体验评估理论难以直接应用在电子制造装备领域,造成对电子制造装备界面的用户体验评估机制不明。本研究基于眼动追踪、语义差异法等研究方法,通过建立用户体验的“认知-情感-环境”多维度影响机制,进而构建基于设计熵的用户体验多维度评估模型及算法,并开发相应计算机辅助评估系统。本文的主要工作如下:建立了用户体验评估的“认知-情感-环境”多维度影响机制,具体如下:研究了界面信息复杂度对用户体验认知维度的影响机制。基于认知工效学方法,采用眼动追踪生理指标结合主观问卷,构建眼动追踪实验平台。研究结果表明:(1)用户界面信息复杂度显著影响用户体验;(2)用户界面信息复杂度引起了眼动指标的首次注视时间和首次注视前注视点个数的显著性变化。(3)用户背景显著影响被试的搜索策略,新手组和专家组的搜索绩效的时间呈现统计显著性。研究了界面视觉风格复杂度对用户体验情感维度的影响机制。基于语义尺度法和感性工学理论,开展了语义差异法实验研究。研究结果如下:(1)视觉风格复杂度对用户体验的情感维度有显著影响,其影响机制呈倒U型。(2)用户体验的情感维度主要是由情绪体验因素和装饰性体验因素构成,其中装饰性体验因素对用户体验呈现负相关。(3)人工质感评分等级对用户体验有显著的相关性效果。研究了界面情景复杂度对用户体验环境维度的影响机制。基于生态心理学理论,通过工作领域分析WDA模型和SRK框架分析,分析了在用户界面设计中的环境和情景因素对用户体验的影响机制。通过实验设计和NASA-TLX问卷分析,研究了情景因素对于用户界面的用户体验的影响差异性。研究表明,考虑了环境和情景因素的用户界面,能够使得用户更快速的察觉和诊断界面问题,明显优于只考虑人的因素的用户界面。基于上述用户体验评估的“认知-情感-环境”多维度影响机制研究,本文将“熵理论”引入电子制造装备界面的用户体验评估,提出了基于“设计熵”的用户体验评估理论的定义、范畴、要素及评估模型、指标体系。进而构建了基于设计熵的用户体验DEM-MUEEM多维度评估模型,并提出了其评估的数学算法和结构,最后建立DEM-MUEEM计算机辅助评估系统的原型。以典型电子制造装备的用户界面设计方案评估为应用案例,对本文的研究模型进行验证。实验证明,该评估模型可有效对电子制造装备界面的用户体验进行评估,验证了本研究方法的可行性。通过上述研究,为电子制造装备界面的用户体验评估和优化提供科学理论支撑,有效拓展和深化相关数字制造装备及工业装备界面的用户体验评估的理论分支。
[Abstract]:The user experience is an important indicator of humanization and high-end electronic manufacturing equipment. The user interface is an important carrier of the user and the electronic manufacturing equipment cognition and operation, which belongs to the multi-channel, multi platform complex cognitive and interactive manipulation problems. Therefore, the electronic manufacturing equipment, interface design is the difficulty of information complexity and interaction process of diversification that lead to large users' cognitive load, causing the user experience problems. Because there are great differences in the interface characteristics of IT equipment and electronic products manufacturing, can not be directly applied in the electronic manufacturing equipment field experience assessment theory, the evaluation mechanism of unknown cause experience of electronic manufacturing equipment interface users. This research is based on eye tracking. Study on the method of semantic differential method, the influence mechanism of building a multi dimension user experience "cognitive affective environment", and based on the design The evaluation model and algorithm of entropy user experience dimensions, and the corresponding computer aided evaluation system is developed. The main works of this paper are as follows: to establish the user experience evaluation of "cognitive affective environment" multi dimension effect mechanism, as follows: the interface of information complexity for users to experience cognitive dimension influence mechanism of ergonomics. Based on the method, using eye tracking physiological indexes according to subjective questionnaire, construct the eye tracking experiment platform. The results show that: (1) user interface information complexity significantly affects the user experience; (2) the user interface information complexity caused by the first fixation eye movement index and time first fixation before significant changes at point number. (3) the user background significantly influence subjects search strategy, expert group and novice group search performance time showed statistical significant. The results show that considering environmental and situational factors of the user interface allows the user to be able to detect and diagnose interface problems more quickly, significantly better than only consider the human factor of the user interface. The influence mechanism of multi dimension user experience evaluation "cognition in this paper, based on the emotional environment", "entropy theory" into the user interface of the electronic manufacturing equipment experience evaluation, based on "design entropy" user experience evaluation theory the definition, category, factors and evaluation model, index system. And then construct the multi dimension evaluation model design based on DEM-MUEEM entropy of the user experience, and put forward the evaluation of mathematical algorithms and structures, finally established the DEM-MUEEM computer aided evaluation system prototype. To evaluate the user interface design of typical electronic manufacturing equipment For instance, research model of the test. The experiment proves that the evaluation model can be effectively applied to the electronic manufacturing equipment interface user experience to assess and verify the feasibility of this research method. Through the above research, electronic manufacturing equipment interface user experience evaluation provides a scientific theoretical support evaluation and optimization, effective development and theory the user related branch of digital manufacturing equipment and industrial equipment interface experience evaluation.
