【摘要】:离心泵是应用广泛且能耗大的旋转机械。离心泵机组在运行过程中由于设计、制造、装配、使用、维护等原因往往会导致机组故障率高、运行效率低等问题。为此,开展离心泵机组的状态监测及优化运行的研究显得尤为重要,是机组安全高效运行的重要保证。 本文首先基于Labwindows/CVI软件开发平台开发了离心泵状态监测系统,包括硬件设计和软件编制。该系统主要包含数据采集模块、性能监测模块及振动监测模块等。其中性能监测模块具有离心泵运行参数的实时监测、数据采集与存储、扬程性能曲线、功率性能曲线及效率曲线的绘制、数据及曲线的报表等功能;振动监测模块具有实时采集振动参数、数据存储、数据分析及图谱显示等功能,图谱显示主要有时域图、频谱图、滤波图等。通过性能监测和振动监测两个模块实现了对离心泵的在线监测。其次,性能监测和振动监测模块分别在离心泵实验台和转子实验台进行了试验测试,验证了系统的可靠性和稳定性。最后,针对离心泵机组运行效率低的问题,建立了以机组轴功率为目标函数,以压力、流量、启停次数等为约束条件的数学模型,并利用遗传算法对该模型进行了优化求解。
[Abstract]:Centrifugal pump is a kind of rotating machinery with wide application and high energy consumption. The failure rate of centrifugal pump unit is often high due to the design, manufacture, assembly, use, maintenance and other reasons. Therefore, it is very important to carry out the research on condition monitoring and optimal operation of centrifugal pump units, which is an important guarantee for the safe and efficient operation of centrifugal pump units. First of all, based on Labwindows/CVI software development platform, a centrifugal pump condition monitoring system is developed, including hardware design and software programming. The system mainly includes data acquisition module. Performance monitoring module and vibration monitoring module. The performance monitoring module includes real-time monitoring of centrifugal pump operating parameters, data acquisition and storage, lift performance curve, power performance curve and efficiency curve drawing. Data and curve reporting function; Vibration monitoring module has the functions of real-time acquisition of vibration parameters, data storage, data analysis and spectrum display. Filter diagram. Through the performance monitoring and vibration monitoring two modules to realize the online monitoring of centrifugal pump. Secondly, the performance monitoring and vibration monitoring module in the centrifugal pump test bench and rotor test platform were tested. The reliability and stability of the system are verified. Finally, aiming at the problem of low efficiency of centrifugal pump unit, the paper establishes the objective function of unit shaft power, pressure and flow rate. The mathematical model with the time of starting and stopping is a constraint condition, and the genetic algorithm is used to solve the model optimally.
