装有滴水盘的超低温阀门阀盖结构优化分析

【摘要】:对阀盖处装有滴水盘的超低温阀门进行传热分析,推导出滴水盘及阀盖的温度场,得出在保证填料温度大于0℃时长颈阀盖最小长度的计算方法;并利用此数学模型,分析了导热系数、滴水盘的尺寸及安装数量等因素对长颈阀盖最小长度的影响,得出通过增加滴水盘数量、降低导热系数可以有效缩短阀盖的最小长度.
