无人微型超市的研究与设计

【摘要】:自动售货行业正在进入蓬勃发展的时期,网络技术特别是移动支付技术的突破,进一步促进了自动售货行业的发展。但是目前我国常见的自动售货机能够覆盖的商品种类还很有限,同时习惯了现代都市化生活的人们对自动售货形式及其内容也有了更高的要求。本文结合自动售货业的实际情况,进行了详细研究分析,提出了无人微型超市的新概念,该模式能够满足更大范围内的商品种类销售。通过对无人微型超市进行市场调研和需求分析,本文确定了无人微型超市的总体设计方案,将无人微型超市分为针对较大物件的自动取货机、较小商品的立式圆筒售货机和常规商品的新型自动售货机,以及作为补充的新型格子便利柜等几个模块。创新设计了立式圆筒售货机、新型格子便利柜的双重柜门机构、自动取货机的双深位伸缩货叉机构以及新型自动售货机的载货平台机构等,并对主要零部件进行设计和选型计算。为验证布局合理性以及设计方案的可靠性和安全性,本文对无人微型超市各零部件进行了三维建模,并完成虚拟装配,对其关键部位进行了刚度和强度校核。同时,本文进行了无人微型超市控制系统的设计,设计了友好的人机交互界面。
[Abstract]:The automatic sales industry is entering a period of vigorous development, the breakthrough of network technology, especially mobile payment technology. It has further promoted the development of the vending industry. But at present, the common vending machines in our country can cover a limited variety of goods. At the same time, people who are used to modern urbanized life also have higher requirements for the form and content of automatic sales. This paper makes a detailed study and analysis combined with the actual situation of the auto sales industry. This paper puts forward a new concept of unmanned micro-supermarket, which can meet the needs of a wider range of commodity sales. Through the market research and demand analysis of unmanned micro-supermarket. In this paper, the overall design scheme of the unmanned micro-supermarket is determined, which is divided into three categories: the automatic pick-up machine for the larger objects, the vertical cylinder vending machine for the smaller goods and the new type vending machine for the conventional goods. As well as as a supplement to the new grid convenience cabinet and other modules. Innovative design of vertical cylinder vending machine, a new type of grid convenience cabinet double cabinet door mechanism. The double deep position telescopic fork mechanism of the automatic cargo picker and the loading platform mechanism of the new type vending machine. In order to verify the rationality of the layout and the reliability and safety of the design scheme, this paper carries out the three-dimensional modeling of the components of the unattended supermarket, and completes the virtual assembly. The stiffness and strength of the key parts are checked. At the same time, the control system of the unmanned supermarket is designed, and the friendly man-machine interface is designed.
