高速转子系统临界转速及其模态分析

【摘要】:本论文是基于市财政资助的《能源动力机械转子振动故障实验平台》完成的。在组装调试高速柔性转子实验台时,发现在逐渐增大转子主轴转速到达一定转速时因为振动过大然后导致转速不能继续增大、在过完临界转速后振幅依然处在振幅最高值以及转子降速过程中它的临界转速的值有偏移等问题。经过查阅国内外各种相关文献后,决定先通过传递矩阵法对转子实验台进行临界转速的计算和有限元软件ANSYS对振动实验台的转子进行临界转速的计算以及模态分析,然后通过转子实验台进行实验,实验时还着重分析了垂直安装两个电涡流位移传感器在主轴的同一平面上会产生一定的误差,更改了安装方式后,获取转子的频谱图、波形图、轴心轨迹图和幅值图因为台体和桌子不平衡、油膜涡动、外界的噪音以及实验室的温度和湿度的影响,使实验数据图结果不够准确。把得到的图形数据采用EMD方法进行去噪音处理。再把处理过的数据结果对比传递矩阵法和有限元法的结果,最后分析出各种方法出现误差的原因。本论文基于实验平台的使用,发现问题、提出问题、解决问题,得出了一些有意义的结论。通过对《高速转子系统临界转速及其模态分析》得出:在分析真实的旋转机械时,要特别注意这些产生误差的原因,使结果更加准确,使旋转机械尽量偏离临界转速,保证良好的运行转态,延长使用寿命,预防旋转机械突然损坏而造成重大事故。
[Abstract]:This paper is based on the "Energy Power Machinery rotor Vibration Test platform", which is funded by the city. When the high-speed flexible rotor test bench is assembled and debugged, It is found that when the rotor spindle speed is gradually increased to a certain speed, because the vibration is too large, the rotational speed can not continue to increase. After completing the critical speed, the amplitude is still at the highest value of the amplitude and the critical speed of the rotor is offset in the process of deceleration. After consulting all kinds of relevant literature at home and abroad, It is decided that the critical speed of the rotor is calculated by the transfer matrix method, the critical speed of the rotor is calculated by the finite element software ANSYS, and the modal analysis of the rotor is carried out, and then the experiment is carried out through the rotor test table. In the experiment, the error of two eddy current displacement sensors installed vertically on the same plane of the spindle is analyzed. After changing the installation mode, the spectrum and waveform of the rotor are obtained. Because of the imbalance between the table and the table, the oil film whirling, the noise from the outside, and the temperature and humidity of the laboratory, The result of the experiment data graph is not accurate enough. The EMD method is used to deal with the noise. Then, the results of the processed data are compared with the results of the transfer matrix method and the finite element method. Finally, the causes of errors in various methods are analyzed. Based on the use of experimental platform, this paper finds problems, puts forward problems, and solves problems. Some meaningful conclusions are drawn. By analyzing the critical speed and its mode of high speed rotor system, it is concluded that in analyzing real rotating machinery, special attention should be paid to the causes of these errors so as to make the results more accurate. The rotating machinery deviates from the critical speed as far as possible to ensure a good running state, prolong the service life, and prevent the sudden damage of the rotating machinery from causing serious accidents.
