叠齿异步齿轮消除齿轮泵困油现象的研究

【摘要】:由于外啮合齿轮泵的工作原理导致困油现象产生,直接影响齿轮泵的使用寿命和运行中的稳定性。简要概述了齿轮泵产生困油现象的主要原因,综述了解决齿轮泵困油现象的主要方法,并通过Pro/E对其困油容积进行了虚拟测量,得出泵内齿轮啮合运转时困油容积的体积变化。合理地解决齿轮泵困油容积的体积变化就能消除困油现象。基于此种解决途径,提出一种双齿轮非同步运转方法,以解决齿轮泵困油现象。
[Abstract]:The working principle of external gear pump leads to the phenomenon of oil trap, which directly affects the service life of gear pump and the stability in operation. The main methods to solve the problem of oil trap in gear pump are summarized, and the virtual measurement of the trapped oil volume of gear pump is carried out by Pro/E. The volume change of trapped oil volume during gear meshing operation in pump is obtained. The phenomenon of trapped oil can be eliminated by reasonably solving the volume change of gear pump trapped oil volume. Based on this solution, a non-synchronous operation method of double gears is proposed. To solve the gear pump oil trap phenomenon.
