直筒笼式阀门流噪声数值模拟

【摘要】:根据LES和Lighthill声类比理论,采用流体力学软件Fluent和声学仿真软件ACTRAN,研究计算了直筒笼式阀门在相同流量,100%、70%和40%开度下,阀门内部和外部的流噪声特性。结果表明:在低频时阀门内部声压,同组监测点频谱特性分布相似,声压幅值较大,在高频时分布差异较大;当阀门开度降低时,阀门内的湍流强度、速度和压力波动均相应增强,导致阀门内外的整体声压分贝变强,阀门内部噪声能量也增强;阀门噪声具有偶极子特性。
[Abstract]:According to the acoustic analogy theory of LES and Lighthill, the hydrodynamic software Fluent and acoustic simulation software ACTRAN are used to study and calculate the straight cage valve at the same flow rate of 70% and 40% open. Flow noise characteristics inside and outside the valve. The results show that the frequency spectrum characteristics of the same group of monitoring points are similar at low frequency, the amplitude of sound pressure is larger, and the distribution is different at high frequency. The turbulence intensity, velocity and pressure fluctuation in the valve are increased accordingly, which results in the sound pressure inside and outside of the valve increasing, and the internal noise energy of the valve is also enhanced, and the valve noise has dipole characteristics.
