滚动轴承滚子—滚道接触界面表面形貌效应研究

【摘要】:滚动轴承滚道表面形貌对轴承的摩擦、润滑、抗疲劳及寿命影响显著,合理的表面形貌设计能够改善轴承的性能。为了研究滚子—滚道接触界面表面微观形貌对轴承性能的影响,建立滚道表面三维形貌参数与轴承性能之间的相关性,本文基于激光微加工技术,对6010深沟球轴承内圈滚道表面进行设计,通过控制微织构的形状、深度、面积占有率等参数,制备了六组不同的织构,继而使用Talysulf CCI Lite非接触式三维光学形貌仪对加工后的滚道表面进行测量和表征。由于轴承处于弹流润滑状态,接触界面不可避免会发生弹性变形,而接触界面微观形貌的变形势必会对弹流润滑情况造成很大影响,因此有必要将真实的表面微观形貌引入弹流润滑计算,以此预测接触界面在工作过程中的表面形貌和润滑状况。基于弹流润滑快速算法—Amplitude Reduction以及快速傅立叶变换,对弹性变形后的滚道表面进行重构,分析对比表面三维形貌图、二维粗糙度、频谱图以及三维形貌参数的变化。最后利用航空发动机主轴轴承试验机,初步探究了滚道表面微织构特征对轴承性能的影响。本研究结果表明:微织构特征显著降低滚道表面的承载能力,且织构参数的选定对磨损后的轴承滚道表面形貌也有显著影响。弹流润滑下滚道微织构表面将发生弹性变形,表面形貌趋于平坦,微凹坑深度变浅,微凹坑边缘高度略微升高;表面粗糙度中的低频成分将在弹性变形过程中比高频成分发生更明显的变形,且不同微织构表面具有差别较大的幅频特性;弹流润滑状态下表面形貌高度、空间和功能参数随弹性变形均发生了明显的变化,且与表面原始形貌存在一定的关联,因此评判轴承滚道表面性能时要综合考虑弹性变形对各形貌参数的影响,否则会导致分析片面,不利于后续的滚道表面形貌设计工作。
[Abstract]:The surface morphology of roller bearing raceway has a significant effect on friction, lubrication, fatigue resistance and life of bearing. Reasonable design of surface topography can improve the performance of bearing. In order to study the influence of micro-morphology of roller-raceway contact interface on bearing performance, the correlation between 3D profile parameters of raceway surface and bearing performance is established. In this paper, the surface of inner ring raceway of 6010 deep groove ball bearing is designed based on laser micromachining technology. By controlling the shape, depth, area occupancy and other parameters of microtexture, six groups of different textures are prepared. Then the surface of the machined raceway was measured and characterized by Talysulf CCI Lite non-contact three-dimensional optical profilometer. Due to the elastohydrodynamic lubrication of the bearing, the contact interface will inevitably undergo elastic deformation. However, the deformation of contact interface microtopography will have a great influence on EHL, so it is necessary to introduce the true surface morphology into EHL calculation. Based on the EHL fast algorithm -Amplitude Reduction and Fast Fourier transform (FFT), the surface of the raceway after elastic deformation is reconstructed, and the 3D topography of the raceway is analyzed and compared. The change of two-dimensional roughness, spectrum chart and three-dimensional topography parameters. Finally, using the aeroengine spindle bearing testing machine, The effect of microtexture characteristics on bearing performance is preliminarily investigated. The results show that the bearing capacity of the raceway surface is significantly reduced by the microtexture characteristics. And the selection of texture parameters also has a significant effect on the surface morphology of the bearing raceway after wear. Elastic deformation will occur on the micro-texture surface of the raceway under elastohydrodynamic lubrication, the surface morphology tends to flatten, the depth of the micro-pit becomes shallow, and the height of the edge of the micro-crater increases slightly. The low frequency component in the surface roughness will deform more obviously than the high frequency component in the elastic deformation process, and the surface of different microtexture has different amplitude-frequency characteristic, and the surface morphology is high under elastohydrodynamic lubrication. The space and function parameters change obviously with the elastic deformation and have some relation with the original surface morphology. Therefore, the influence of elastic deformation on the surface parameters of the bearing raceway should be considered synthetically when evaluating the surface properties of the bearing raceway. Otherwise, it will lead to one-sided analysis, which is not conducive to the subsequent raceway surface topography design.
