起重机用新型PMSM转子设计及稳定性研究

【摘要】:针对一种起重机用新型永磁同步电机(PMSM)的转子进行设计和稳定性研究,首先建立了起重机用新型PMSM转子的三维物理模型及数学模型,基于屈曲理论基础,运用有限元法对转子模型进行了线性屈曲分析,探讨了绳槽对临界载荷的影响规律。将线性屈曲及非线性屈曲进行对比分析,在考虑初始几何缺陷和材料非线性及大变形的基础上,探讨了转子长度、壁厚、端侧板厚度、材料属性等对转子稳定性的影响规律。并将几何/材料双非线性与极限强度进行对比分析。最后对电机的转子及主轴进行刚强度校核。通过以上分析,能有效减轻外转子自重,降低生产成本,缩短生产周期。
[Abstract]:This paper studies the design and stability of a new permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) rotor for crane. Firstly, a three-dimensional physical model and a mathematical model of a new type of PMSM rotor for crane are established, which are based on the buckling theory. The linear buckling analysis of rotor model is carried out by using finite element method, and the influence of rope grooves on critical load is discussed. The linear buckling and nonlinear buckling are compared and analyzed. On the basis of considering the initial geometric defects, material nonlinearity and large deformation, the rotor length, wall thickness, end and side plate thickness are discussed. The effects of material properties on rotor stability are analyzed, and the geometric / material nonlinearity is compared with the ultimate strength. Finally, the rotor and spindle of the motor are checked with rigid strength. Through the above analysis, the self-weight of the outer rotor can be effectively reduced. Reduce production cost and shorten production cycle.
