往复压缩机气缸传热对压缩过程的影响

【摘要】:往复式压缩机的气缸冷却效果对压缩机的工作过程和功耗具有较大的影响。为了研究气体与气缸的传热对缸内气体压缩过程的影响,本文建立了一种往复式压缩机的气缸传热模型。该模型考虑了气缸壁面与气体之间的瞬时传热量、活塞的摩擦热对气体压缩过程的影响。通过用现场运行记录数据对模型进行校验,定量研究了传热效果对压缩过程的影响。
[Abstract]:The cooling effect of the cylinder of reciprocating compressor has great influence on the working process and power consumption of the compressor. In order to study the effect of heat transfer between gas and cylinder on the process of gas compression in cylinder, In this paper, a cylinder heat transfer model of reciprocating compressor is established, which takes into account the instantaneous heat transfer between cylinder wall and gas. The influence of friction heat of piston on the compression process of gas was studied quantitatively by checking the model with the field operation record data.
