除雾器清洗离心泵流场数值模拟及叶轮转子径向振动分析

【摘要】:本文以某电厂脱硫系统除雾器清洗离心泵为例,现场进行测量并得到测量数据,根据泵的设计手册利用AutoCAD制图软件绘制叶轮轴测图和木模图,对叶轮本体进行三维建模,利用布尔运算得到叶轮流道的三维模型,再设计出与之匹配的梯形蜗壳流道模型,并将两者进行耦合,得到离心泵完整的三维流道。利用Gambit对离心泵完整的三维流道进行网格划分后,通过Fluent数值模拟软件,采用SIMPLE算法并选用标准k-ε模型对离心泵流场进行三维稳态定常计算,把不同工况下离心泵内部流场情况进行比较,根据模拟结果绘制出泵的性能曲线并和现场运行值做对比。使用叶轮出口压力法计算得到离心泵的径向力与流量的变化规律。借助于ANSYS Workbench有限元软件对离心泵叶轮转子进行模态分析和谐响应分析。其中,利用模态分析对叶轮转子系统进行了材料和边界条件的设置,并计算得到了前八阶结构的固有频率和模态振型,分析了其振动属性。而谐响应分析采用模态叠加法在模态分析的基础上进一步分析,通过加载径向力载荷条件进行了计算,并分别对叶轮转子结构的某一点和整体两种方法进行分析,得到了叶轮转子结构在不同工况、不同频率下的振动特性。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the cleaning centrifugal pump of desulphurization system in a power plant is taken as an example, the field measurement is carried out and the measurement data are obtained. According to the pump design manual, the impeller shaft mapping and wood model drawing are drawn by using AutoCAD drawing software, and the impeller body is modeled in three dimensions. The three-dimensional model of impeller runner is obtained by Boolean operation, and the trapezoidal volute flow channel model is designed, and the two models are coupled. The complete three-dimensional flow channel of centrifugal pump is obtained. After meshing the complete three-dimensional flow channel of centrifugal pump with Gambit, the three-dimensional steady steady state calculation of centrifugal pump flow field is carried out by using SIMPLE algorithm and standard k- 蔚 model through Fluent numerical simulation software. The internal flow field of centrifugal pump under different working conditions is compared. According to the simulation results, the pump performance curve was drawn and compared with the field operation value. The radial force and flow rate of centrifugal pump were calculated by using the impeller outlet pressure method. The centrifugal pump blade was calculated by ANSYS Workbench finite element software. The modal analysis of the wheel rotor is carried out and the harmonic response is analyzed. The material and boundary conditions of the impeller rotor system are set by modal analysis, and the natural frequencies and modal modes of the first eight order structures are calculated. The vibration properties are analyzed, and the modal superposition method is used to analyze the vibration properties of the vibration response, and the radial load condition is calculated by loading radial force. The vibration characteristics of impeller rotor structure under different working conditions and different frequencies are obtained by analyzing the two methods of impeller rotor structure.
