变速器结合面的密封性有限元仿真与试验验证

【摘要】:针对某款纵置变速器在市场上反馈结合面有渗油,首先,用有限元方法分析壳体结合面的静态间隙,再考虑变速箱的一挡和倒挡工况,分析壳体结合面的动态间隙;然后,针对该壳体做了面压试验,验证了理论分析的正确性,同时找到漏油是由于壳体结合面质量造成;最后,模拟变速器的实际装箱条件,涂上密封胶后再做面压试验,结果显示结合面的压力均匀,结合面密封可靠,证明理论设计无问题,为变速器壳体结合面密封性研究提供参考。
[Abstract]:In view of the oil seepage on the feedback joint surface of a longitudinal transmission in the market, firstly, the static clearance of the shell joint surface is analyzed by finite element method, and then the dynamic clearance of the shell joint surface is analyzed by considering the first gear and reverse gear condition of the gearbox, and then the dynamic clearance of the shell joint surface is analyzed. The surface pressure test is done to verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis, and it is found that the oil leakage is caused by the mass of the shell joint surface. Finally, the actual packing conditions of the transmission are simulated, and the surface pressure test is done after the sealing glue is coated on the case. The results show that the pressure of the joint surface is uniform and the sealing of the joint surface is reliable. It is proved that there is no problem in the theoretical design, which provides a reference for the study of the sealing property of the coupling surface of the transmission shell.
