动作转换装置改进方案

【摘要】:本装置的设计解决了直行程气缸能实现将直线位移转换成角位移。其转换装置主要由凸轮板,支架,联轴节,动作转换单元组成。传动通过反馈连接板及连接丝杆与气缸活塞杆的定位连接实现。该动作转换装置配套在直行程气缸上,气缸的活塞杆运动时带动凸轮板同步运动,凸轮板驱动转换单元内部转换机构,进而转换成转换单元输出轴的角位移。
[Abstract]:The design of the device solves the problem that the straight stroke cylinder can convert straight displacement into angular displacement. The transmission is realized by the feedback connection plate and the positioning connection between the connecting wire rod and the cylinder piston rod. The action conversion device is matched on the straight stroke cylinder, and the piston rod of the cylinder drives the cam plate to move synchronously when the piston rod of the cylinder moves. The cam plate drives the internal conversion mechanism of the conversion unit and then converts the angular displacement of the output shaft of the conversion unit.
