不确定环境下混流装配生产车间的动态物料配送策略

【摘要】:为使生产车间的物料配送环节适应当前多品种小批量生产和个性化市场的需求,从分析生产车间环境的复杂性和不确定性入手,通过建立不确定环境下的配送成本期望模型,确定了物料的最佳配送区间;结合混流装配生产线的特点,设计了基于动态周期的物料配送策略;基于该策略,建立了以最小化配送成本和最大化满载率为目标,物料需求时间和线边库存容积以及行进路径为约束的优化模型,并针对该模型的设计了基于遗传算法的求解算法。最后,针对实际应用场景,通过eM-plant软件搭建仿真模型,分别模拟传统的配送策略和所设计的配送策略,对比结果验证了本文所提策略的优越性和有效性。
[Abstract]:In order to adapt the material distribution link of production workshop to the demand of multi-variety and small-batch production and individualized market, the complexity and uncertainty of production workshop environment are analyzed, and the expected model of distribution cost under uncertain environment is established.According to the characteristics of mixed-flow assembly line, a material distribution strategy based on dynamic cycle is designed. Based on the strategy, the goal is to minimize the cost of distribution and maximize the full load rate.The optimization model of material requirement time, line side inventory volume and travel path is optimized. A genetic algorithm based on genetic algorithm is designed to solve the model.Finally, according to the actual application scenario, the simulation model is built by eM-plant software, the traditional distribution strategy and the designed distribution strategy are simulated respectively. The comparison results verify the superiority and effectiveness of the strategy proposed in this paper.
