小型粘性物料混合输送机构设计

【摘要】:目的为了实现2种管装粘性物料的均匀混合、计量和输送,设计一种混拌输送机械装置。方法利用滚动螺旋中螺杆和螺母的配合,以及直线导轨来控制螺母的运动方向,以进行运动传递,实现推盘的直线运动,从而对管装粘性物料进行推送。利用搅拌杆的转动带动挤出头内的搅拌桨对物料进行搅拌。将混合的物料精确计量后,推送并注入终端容器中。控制系统以AT89S52单片机为核心,对推送电机和搅拌电机进行直流PWM调速。结果对管装2种粘稠物料进行推送、搅拌,实现了均匀混合并推送灌输的功能。针对不同物料性质,混拌和灌装速度易于控制、灵活可调。结论小型粘性物料混合搅拌机构结构紧凑、工作稳定、调节方便、适应能力强,丰富了混合灌装机产品。
[Abstract]:In order to achieve the objective of 2 tubes of viscous material mixing, metering and conveying, the design of a mixing device. By using the method of conveying machinery with rolling screw and nut screw in the direction of motion and the linear guide to control the nut, transfer to movement, to achieve linear motion so as to push, push on the tube install viscous material. Using a stirring rod is driven by the rotation of the impeller extrusion head for mixing the material. The accurate measurement of material mixing, and push into the terminal container. A control system based on AT89S52 microcontroller as the core, to push the motor and the stirring motor DC PWM speed. The results of 2 kinds of thick tube the material push, stirring, realizes uniform mixing and push into function. According to different material properties, mixed mixing filling speed is easy to control, flexible and adjustable. Conclusion small viscous material mixing mechanism. Compact, stable work, convenient adjustment, strong adaptability, rich in mixed filling machine products.
