三支点平衡重型叉车设计

【摘要】:正设计说明:三支点平衡重型叉车设计基于其频繁移动的特性,颜色使用识别性、警示性较强的橘黄色,增加设备的使用安全。后护罩一体化设计加强了设备产品的视觉可靠性。顶部防护架增加了吊装槽口,便于车用蓄电池的吊装。操作舵增加快速旋转把手,应对操作时快速方向控制需求。设备整体从颜色、人机控制、安全防护、利于维护等多角度进行了创新设计。
[Abstract]:The design of heavy forklift truck with three fulcrum balance is based on its characteristics of frequent movement, color recognition, strong warning orange, and safety of equipment. The integrated design of rear shield enhances the visual reliability of equipment products. The top protective rack adds the lifting slot, which is convenient for the vehicle battery to be hoisted. The rudder increases the speed of rotation handle, responding to the need of fast direction control during operation. The whole equipment from color, man-machine control, safety protection, conducive to maintenance and other aspects of innovative design.
