多捻轮式六通道纸币分拣装置设计

【摘要】:针对金融市场、公交系统所使用的纸币分拣处理装置存在结构单一、体型庞大、价格昂贵等问题,设计了多捻轮式六通道纸币分拣装置。该装置利用纸币与捻钞轮的摩擦以及不同齿数的同步轮之间的速度分级达到将重叠的纸币分离的效果。整机由纸币分离结构、纸币面额识别结构、纸币分拣结构和数据反馈装置四部分组成。其中,纸币面额识别主要利用颜色传感器采用HSV的识别原理进行面额识别,数据反馈则是LCD液晶显示屏显示纸币的面额以及数量。纸币分拣机构利用8个捻钞轮的组合,通过控制转向,实现1个入口,6个出口的分拣功能,极大地节约了分拣空间。实物样机的运行结果表明,该装置对于6种不同面值的混乱人民币纸币,具有工作稳定、分拣速度快、体积小、准确率高、价格低廉、清洁环保耗能低、可视性与拓展性强等特点。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problems of single structure, large size and high price, the paper currency sorting device used in public transport system is designed. The device uses the friction between paper currency and twisting wheel and the speed grading between synchronous wheel with different teeth to achieve the effect of separating overlapping banknotes. The whole machine consists of four parts: banknote separation structure, banknote denomination structure, banknote sorting structure and data feedback device. Among them, the paper currency recognition mainly uses the color sensor to use the HSV recognition principle to carry on the denomination recognition, the data feedback is the LCD liquid crystal display screen displays the banknote denomination as well as the quantity. By using the combination of 8 twisting wheels, the paper money sorting mechanism realizes the sorting function of one entrance and six exits by controlling the steering, which greatly saves the sorting space. The operation results of the prototype show that the device has the advantages of stable work, fast sorting speed, small size, high accuracy, low price and low energy consumption for clean and environmental protection for 6 kinds of chaotic RMB notes of different denominations. Strong visibility and expansibility.
