压缩机气液旋流器的数值模拟与实验研究

【摘要】:空气压缩机的在工业中可用于来产生压缩空气和实现远距离输运气体。近年来其使用日益广泛,被广泛使用在冶金、医药、机械、电力电子等各个行业,使得它成为国民经济的中必不可少的关键设备之一。旋流分离器是喷油式空气压缩机的重要部件之一。其作用就是处理含有少量液雾的气体,实现液体回收同时净化气相,保证气体的纯度,同时实现压缩机油的二次回收利用。因此,旋流分离器性能直接关系到空气压缩机系统性能的高低。本文提出了的两种结构旋流分离器,找到适合此两种旋流器合适网格划分方法,根据模型特点选择合适的湍流模型和多相流模型以及其它模拟需要用到参数的选择与确定。完成Type A、Type B型两种不同结构旋流分离器气相流场的模拟计算,分别考察对比其气相流场的特性,分析其速度场、压力场以及湍流结构等特性。完成Type A、TypeB型两种结构旋流分离器两相流场的数值模拟,研究不同直径、不同入射位置颗粒的轨迹和分离效率,找出提高分离效率的措施,据此设计出新型的适合本项目的旋流分离器(Type C型)。同时设计相应的工程试验,通过实验得出三种不同结构旋流分离器(Type A、Type B、Type C型)的效率,并与相应数值模拟的结果进行比较。得出,下部带锥形的旋流器(Type C型)总体性能更高,其总体分离性能更高,压降更低,并从理论上解释了其原因。最终使得此分离器满足了整个项目开发的需要,取得了预期的经济效益。
[Abstract]:Air compressors can be used in industry to produce compressed air and to carry gas over long distances. In recent years, it has been widely used in metallurgy, medicine, machinery, power electronics and other industries, making it one of the essential key equipment in the national economy. Swirl separator is one of the most important parts of air compressor. Its function is to deal with the gas containing a small amount of liquid mist, to realize the recovery of liquid and purify the gas phase, to ensure the purity of the gas, and to realize the secondary recovery and utilization of compressor oil at the same time. Therefore, the performance of cyclone separator is directly related to the performance of air compressor system. In this paper, two kinds of structure cyclone separators are proposed, and the suitable meshing method is found for the two hydrocyclone. According to the characteristics of the model, the suitable turbulence model and multi-phase flow model, as well as other simulation needs to be used to select and determine the parameters. The gas phase flow field of two kinds of swirl separators with different structures is simulated and calculated. The characteristics of the gas flow field are investigated and compared, and the characteristics of velocity field, pressure field and turbulent structure are analyzed. The numerical simulation of two-phase flow field of Type Agna Type B cyclone separator is completed. The trajectory and separation efficiency of particles with different diameters and different incident positions are studied, and the measures to improve the separation efficiency are found out. A new type type C type cyclone separator suitable for this project is designed. At the same time, the corresponding engineering tests are designed, and the efficiency of three kinds of swirl separators with different structures are obtained and compared with the corresponding numerical simulation results. It is concluded that the lower cone hydrocyclone has higher overall performance, higher overall separation performance and lower pressure drop, and the reason is explained theoretically. Finally, the separator can meet the needs of the whole project development and obtain the expected economic benefits.
