智能减压阀压力相关性研究和膜片尺寸优化

【摘要】:智能自力式减压阀(简称智能减压阀)的膜片尺寸对控制部分的密封性能会产生重要影响,进而影响阀门的压力波动范围、寿命、功耗等性能参数.本文提出了一种智能减压阀膜片尺寸优化设计方法,即依据力平衡方程建立智能减压阀压力相关性的理论模型,通过流动实验和实时采样获取原始数据,以此为基础进行回归分析建立实际数学模型,采用有约束条件的最小值优化模型对膜片尺寸进行优化.优化结果表明:采用优化后的膜片尺寸,压差和减少了30%,最大压差极值减少了7.7%,最小压差极值减少了39.6%.这对有效降低控制系统漏率起到了有益的作用.
[Abstract]:The size of the diaphragm of the intelligent self-operated pressure reducing valve will have an important impact on the sealing performance of the control part, and then affect the pressure fluctuation range, life, power consumption and other performance parameters of the valve. In this paper, an optimal design method of diaphragm size for intelligent pressure reducing valve is proposed, that is, the theoretical model of pressure dependence of intelligent pressure reducing valve is established according to force balance equation, and the original data are obtained by flow experiment and real time sampling. On the basis of regression analysis, the actual mathematical model is established, and the membrane size is optimized by the minimum optimization model with constraints. The optimization results show that the optimum diaphragm size, pressure difference and pressure difference are reduced by 30%, the maximum pressure difference extreme value is reduced by 7.7%, and the minimum pressure difference extremum value is reduced by 39.6%. This can effectively reduce the leakage rate of the control system.
