小型罗茨鼓风机扭叶转子设计及其加工实验研究

【摘要】:航天器及空间站需要净水系统进行污水净化,而压缩机是净水系统的重要一环,罗茨鼓风机可以作为净水系统的压缩机。由于空间站对产品有严格的重量和尺寸的限制,需要使用小型罗茨鼓风机,传统大型罗茨鼓风机的设计方法无法满足所需鼓风机的设计要求,因此需要对小型罗茨鼓风机的设计和制造方法进行研究,尤其是罗茨鼓风机中线型复杂的转子的参数化建模、转子设计影响因素、转子对鼓风机性能影响以及转子的加工等迫切需要解决的问题。本文基于啮合原理,实现了两种型线的扭叶转子设计,建立了扭叶转子空间螺旋曲面体系,进行了虚拟装配与动态仿真,运动仿真与干涉检验,以确保设计的合理性,进而给出罗茨转子的设计流程。利用CFX浸入实体法实现了罗茨鼓风机内部流场的瞬态模拟,探究了不同型线与间隙对罗茨鼓风机内部流场的影响,得到了不同间隙以及不同型线(圆弧型和改进渐开线型)对罗茨鼓风机流量脉动、气密性等性能的影响规律,为转子的设计提供依据。通过静力学分析得到离心力的单独作用对于转子应力和变形的影响,利用Workbench进行扭叶转子的流固耦合分析,将FLUENT流场分析结果加载至Static Structure进行分析,探究气动压力与热耦合作用对转子应力和变形的影响,得到转子的变形规律,为罗茨鼓风机转子间隙的设计提供参考。使用UG软件,对改进渐开线型线扭叶转子进行加工路径规划分析及加工仿真与干涉检验,得到了扭叶转子的五轴联动加工路径,对生成的数控代码进行专用后置处理,并通过扭叶转子的加工实验,验证了刀具路径和加工代码的正确性。
[Abstract]:Spacecraft and space station need water purification system for sewage purification, and compressor is an important part of water purification system, Roots blower can be used as the compressor of water purification system. Since the space station has strict weight and size restrictions on the product, it is necessary to use a small Roots blower, and the traditional design method of the large Roots blower cannot meet the design requirements of the required blower. Therefore, it is necessary to study the design and manufacturing methods of the small Roots blower, especially the parametric modeling of the rotor with complex lines in the Roots blower, and the factors affecting the rotor design. The effect of rotor on the performance of blower and the processing of rotor are urgent problems to be solved. Based on the meshing principle, this paper realizes the design of two kinds of torsion blade rotor, establishes the space helical curved surface system of the torsional blade rotor, carries on the virtual assembly and dynamic simulation, the motion simulation and the interference test, in order to ensure the rationality of the design. Furthermore, the design flow of Roots rotor is given. The transient simulation of the internal flow field of the Roots blower is realized by using the CFX immersion method, and the influence of different profile and clearance on the internal flow field of the Roots blower is investigated. The effects of different clearance and different profile (circular arc and improved involute) on the flow pulsation and airtightness of the Roots blower are obtained, which provides the basis for the design of the rotor. The effect of centrifugal force on the stress and deformation of rotor is obtained by statics analysis. The fluid-solid coupling analysis of torsional blade rotor is carried out by using Workbench, and the results of FLUENT flow field analysis are loaded into Static Structure for analysis. The influence of the coupling of aerodynamic pressure and heat on the stress and deformation of the rotor is studied, and the law of the rotor deformation is obtained, which provides a reference for the design of rotor clearance of the Roots blower. By using UG software, the machining path planning analysis, machining simulation and interference testing of the improved involute rotor are carried out, and the five-axis linkage machining path of the rotor is obtained, and the generated NC code is processed specially. The correctness of tool path and machining code is verified by machining experiments of twisted blade rotor.
