智能饮料瓶回收机设计

【摘要】:随着我国经济的不断发展和社会的进步,日益增加的生活垃圾和环境的污染逐渐成为社会的突出矛盾,尽管我国政府出台了一些相关的政策,但是由于生活垃圾难以形成规范的管理制度以及市民对环保意识的欠缺,致使生活中的可回收垃圾回收率很低。从资源的角度来看,可回收利用的垃圾的丢失是宝贵资源的丢失;从环境保护角度来看,可回收利用垃圾的丢失是造成环境二次污染的重要原因。本论文主要设计了一种针对生活中饮料瓶有偿回收的装置。首先根据国内垃圾回收方式提出了一种新的回收管理模式-数字化可回收管理模式;参考国内外现有的回收装置精心设计了智能饮料瓶回收机的外观,在机械设计上针对饮料瓶的倒入和倒出设计了分拣机构;详细的描述了智能饮料瓶回收机的工作过程。然后在硬件上提出了一种基于CAN总线设计的思想,并详细的描述了系统的总体硬件电路设计。根据回收装置的功能把系统分为五个子系统来分别控制不同的功能模块,子系统与子系统之间采用了CAN总线的控制方式;根据实际功能自行设计了PCB电路板,依据每个子系统的不同功能扩展了相应的外部功能模块。最后搭建了基于μC/OS-II的智能回收机软件平台,完成了对FATFS文件操作的移植,实现了IC卡识别、投放门禁的打开与关闭、饮料瓶形状识别、分拣机构正反转控制、饮料瓶个数检测功能;对IC卡号、饮料瓶个数与形状信息、路由信息、饮料瓶投放开始与结束时间信息进行编码写入文件并通过无线自组织网络传输到网络平台。硬件和软件完成后对整个系统进行了测试,从测试的结果来看满足我们最初的设计要求,实现了智能饮料瓶回收机功能。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of our economy and social progress, the increasing waste and environmental pollution has gradually become a prominent social contradiction, although our government has issued some related policies, However, it is difficult to form a standardized management system and lack of awareness of environmental protection, which results in a low recovery rate of recyclable garbage in daily life. From the point of view of resources, the loss of recyclable waste is the loss of precious resources, and from the point of view of environmental protection, the loss of recyclable waste is an important cause of secondary environmental pollution. In this paper, a device for reclaiming paid beverage bottles in daily life is designed. Firstly, according to the domestic garbage collection mode, a new recycling management mode, digital recyclable management mode, is put forward, and the appearance of intelligent beverage bottle collector is carefully designed with reference to the existing domestic and foreign recycling devices. In the mechanical design, the sorting mechanism is designed for the pouring and pouring out of the beverage bottle, and the working process of the intelligent beverage bottle collector is described in detail. Then a design idea based on CAN bus is put forward in hardware, and the overall hardware circuit design of the system is described in detail. According to the function of the recovery device, the system is divided into five subsystems to control different functional modules. The control mode of CAN bus is adopted between the subsystems, and the PCB circuit board is designed according to the actual function. According to the different functions of each subsystem, the corresponding external function modules are extended. Finally, the software platform of intelligent recovery machine based on 渭 C/OS-II is built, the transplantation of FATFS file operation is completed, the IC card recognition, the opening and closing of access guard, the shape recognition of beverage bottle, the positive and negative control of sorting mechanism are realized. The function of detecting the number of beverage bottles; coding and writing the IC card number, the number and shape information of beverage bottles, the routing information, the starting and ending time information of beverage bottles, and transmitting to the network platform through wireless ad hoc network. After the completion of hardware and software, the whole system is tested. The test results meet our initial design requirements and realize the function of intelligent beverage bottle collector.
