槽道构型对吸附式叶栅损失及流场结构的影响

【摘要】:在既定附面层抽吸位置与抽吸量下,借助数值模拟的方法探讨了计及抽吸腔室时抽吸槽道构型对某大折转角吸附式叶栅气动损失以及流场结构的影响。研究结果表明,宽槽方案可增强端区抽吸能力,改善吸附式叶栅的通流性能,同时,由于吸入进抽吸流路内的流体速度减小,抽吸流路内的熵增变小,总损失以及附面层抽吸功耗明显降低。顺流抽吸角度过大时,会减弱端区抽吸能力,造成通流损失增加,但计及抽吸流路影响时,适当地将槽道方向朝向来流可削弱抽吸流路内产生的流动损失,进而降低总损失以及附面层抽吸功耗。
[Abstract]:The influence of suction channel configuration on the aerodynamic loss and flow field structure of a large angle adsorbed cascade was investigated by numerical simulation under the given boundary layer suction position and suction volume. The results show that the wide slot scheme can enhance the suction capacity of the end region and improve the flow performance of the adsorptive cascade. At the same time, because of the decrease of the velocity of the fluid in the suction path, the entropy increase in the suction path becomes smaller. The total loss and the power consumption of boundary layer suction are obviously reduced. When the downstream suction angle is too large, the suction capacity of the end region will be weakened and the flow loss will be increased. However, when the influence of the suction path is taken into account, the flow loss in the suction path can be weakened by properly orienting the channel towards the incoming flow. Then the total loss and the power consumption of boundary layer suction are reduced.
